我好鍾意食鵝片鵝腸,朋友介紹呢度超級正宗又好味嘅潮州菜。果然冇介紹錯,呢度嘅鵝片同鵝腸真係非常之好味!!滷水雙拼叫咗鵝片拼鵝腸,鵝片都算新鮮嫩滑切得都好厚切好有口感。未試過食咁爽口彈牙嘅鵝腸!!下面再配埋滷水豆腐同花生,唔使另外叫。滷水豆腐吸飽秘制鹵汁,表皮微皺卻內裏柔嫩,切面如白玉嵌著深褐鹵紋,入口好有豆香。另外叫咗個小菜同埋炒嘢:黑椒薯仔安格斯牛柳粒,牛柳粒煎得焦香,黑椒汁裹著飽滿肉粒。薯仔吸足黑椒的辛辣與牛肉的濃鮮。乾炒安格斯牛河,安格斯牛肉切得好厚肉,配埋豆芽脆嫩、韭黃清甜,河粉滑韌、牛肉香嫩,好有鑊氣。

佢地火喉真係好夠~所以小炒類一定要嗌!
而鵝肉鵝腸勁多汁,又爽口,吸收哂滷水汁,好岩撈飯🤤🤤
椒鹽九肚魚,一d都唔油膩,好香口食到停唔到口😋

菠蘿咕嚕肉,外脆內軟,就算慢慢食擺耐左都唔影響食物質素~出色!🥰

海鮮砂窩粥,期待已久~好足料,有蝦、魷魚、蠔,粥底好鮮味,潮州粥特色係點滾都保持住粒粒米飯~好有咬口🤤🤤

在筲箕灣區,這店價錢偏貴 。點了鵝片、煎蠔餅 。前者Ok,比較淡口,肉有點老,不算太入味 。用豆腐片墊底,約$198 ,真的不平宜呢!蠔餅是水準以下。蠔太大隻(是否韓國蠔?) ,未試過潮州蠔餅用這麼大隻的蠔,比對蠔仔,口感差了,因為蠔仔細弓,蛋包著,比例會剛好;蠔太大隻,似在食蠔。還好蠔不腥。蛋漿明顯混了太多粉,有點乾硬,味道欠了點胡椒粉提味,質感比不上在家煎蛋餅 。而且這蠔餅似非現造,是翻熱(重炸)食物 。吃過既潮州食店來說算差 。沒有回頭率 。

Good 第一次食呢間喺筲箕灣嘅粥粉麵飯嘅好食啲白粥好正,仲要係好入味完全係感受到我用咗好多時間去整嘢佢哋式嗌晒大家揀同埋佢哋嘅雙拼飯都係好食嘅全部都係全場所有嘅雙拼都係滷水嘅足料同埋十足食完都未飽嘅環境好乾淨唔污糟好維修嘢好耐就已經有得食真係食勁飽佢哋都搵到間餐廳唔會話好難先至搵得到有興趣嘅話可以揀呢間我都覺得好唔錯服務質素好價錢會好貴都係嘅潮州菜打冷嘢所以如果有興趣食呢類型嘅朋友就一定要揀呢間呢間絕對唔會令大家錯過
