第一次嚟呢間燒味餐廳,叫咗碟叉燒燒肉飯,加杯凍檸茶。叉燒- 又乾又柴,仲要有骨,大概有六件叉燒,但有一半都係連埋一齊冇斬斷,調味還可以,但整體難食程度令人印象深刻。燒肉-同樣,肉質極乾,但燒肉皮皮脆,勉強可以接受,但勉強可以接受可能是因為先食完叉燒的關係。白飯正常附送的例湯正常凍檸茶正常共$70環境方面,店舖衛生,但建議佩戴太陽眼鏡光顧,店舖內的射燈極度光猛。…Read More

以前出深水埗為咗金翠D肥叉,點知佢轉曬做兩餸飯冇再做燒臘,咁四圍行睇吓有乜嘢食,就經過呢間主推鵝嘅燒臘店。首先環境乾淨,坐得算舒服,見過年食豪D就叫個叉鵝脾飯試吓。隻鵝脾出奇地好食,皮脆肉嫩多汁,完全滿足我口味。D叉燒就偏瘦咗D,下次試吓有冇得叫剩係要肥叉。價錢方面其實同一般市場比較又唔係貴,成隻鵝都係$450咁出面大部份都係差唔多,半斤叉燒$65,以佢嘅質素反而比我平時買開同級平。呢間絕對係我食燒臘嘅選擇。…Read More

今日去開深水埗買嘢,順便諗住買嘢返屋企食,行過這間燒味店,見到店舖掛出嚟啲燒鵝個樣都幾好,都燒得漲卜卜咁,就決定買下庄回家一試,點知開出嚟個樣同店舖掛出嚟得已姐有出入,心想好味就得啦!味道和口感似鴨不是鵝,仲要除左隻髀係無肉架,仲要未熟,未食過一間燒鵝係咁,仲要收120蚊,有啲比人呃感覺,從來不會寫食評嘅我都忍唔到要即刻發洩下🤬🤬🤬
