心血來潮突然很想吃粢飯,就到附近滿堂樂點了一個外賣,付完錢才想起為什麼自己很久沒來。30元一個粢飯,M記都可以吃到一個餐了,而坊間的粢飯往往才12-18元。多支付了50%, 那麼好吃本身就是應份的。只是香港人太有錢了,對低價餐飲的價格敏感度很低,往往只要100元以下,質素好一點,拿到Michelin, 香港人就很容易趋之若鹜,覺得很划算,忘記了食物本身的價值。對餐廳而言,只要卡好50元上下的街頭小食,100元的心理關口,或者400元3-course的必比登推介,把10元的粢飯堆砌到30元,把50元的車仔面堆砌到100元,那就離大排長龍不遠了。 continue reading
