今日專登放假,就係為咗去食呢個日本人氣拉麵🍜,响東京嘅門市,要排隊至少等兩個鐘先能入座,認真誇張。今次Harbourside邀請到《鴨to葱》,作為拉麵控,第一時間去訂位。今次不單只帶嚟美味嘅拉麵,更邀請日本當地廚師主理,加上用番日本當地餐具,誠意十足。第一次食自助餐係有拉麵,更要勞煩工作人員親自奉上,實在不得了。拉麵唔算好大碗,相信比門市食細碗。第一時間品嚐佢個湯底,真係「哇」咗一聲,湯底係極濃郁啲鴨香味,一响我對醬油拉麵有期望,估唔到帶比我驚喜,最估唔到嘅係,佢將鴨湯帶出完美嘅鴨香味,佢可以做到咁出色,實在冇浪費到我個大假,最後我食咗兩碗咁少,因為比其他食物阻住我個胃。去自助吧我要求每樣要啲,講真刺身選擇唔算少,而且都好新鮮,完全滿足到我個胃。我覺得中餐可以唔使攞,講真唔好浪費左自己個胃,對我嚟講,我比唔出五星。我感覺係有啲強差人意,我覺得唔好太重視其他地方。麵包蟹唔錯,雖然唔算好大隻,但勝在多糕,而且店方處理得好好,做到完整嘅半隻蟹上桌。中湯可能日日唔同,但今日個木瓜枸杞雞腳湯勁正勁好飲,至少唔係例湯嘅味道。甜品我反而覺得比較出色,基本上所有甜品都可以五星,特別係佢個Cheese Cake、馬卡㝫同龍蝦尾千層酥,我真心覺得好食,但唔知係咪日日有。Read More

麗晶酒店自助晚餐這間自助餐的質素比想像中高,雖然價錢偏貴一點,但絕對是性價比之選,因為食物質素很高,用餐環境幽雅寧靜又舒適,海旁美景盡收眼底,絕對值回票價,因此我很明白為什麼那麼多人喜歡到這間酒店吃自助餐,因此強烈建議必須幾個月前訂位。很感激店員的細心,用電話訂位非常方便,通常都能馬上接通。服務員對談相當有禮親切,充分感受到他們有盡力回應我們的訴求,服務100分,已經已經讓人留下深刻的好印象。喜歡酒店處事有彈性,不但幫我安排了我最喜歡的座位,而且還細心準備了生日蛋糕,很大驚喜。我喜歡拍照,所以很欣賞酒店半小時前便讓我進入酒店內拍食物照。這安排實在很貼心,不是每間酒店都做到,更顯難得。很欣賞食物擺盤精美。不同食物分區擺放,有沙律區,日本食物,麵包,中菜,熱食和甜品等等,美食數之不盡,排放得十分整齊,我實在不捨得吃。添補食物的速度很快,不會讓你看到空的碟,服務實在好得很,讓我無法挑剔。眾多食物中,我最喜歡吃吞拿魚刺身,拖羅並不是每間放題餐廳酒店都食到,水準之高讓人震驚。很肥美,雪花紋清晰,沒有腥味,只有純純皂油脂豐腴感,實在不得了,超好吃。我吃了很多片,一點也不覺得滯和膩,只是有滿滿的幸福感覺。另一款我很欣賞的食物是自製雪糕。並非每間餐廳酒店都會提供自製雪糕,可說是少之又少,更顯難得可貴。而且雪糕吃起來並不是淡而無味,而是有其獨特性和濃郁味道,味道很多元化,有開心果,朱古力,芝麻,榛子,士多啤梨和芒果等等,任君選擇,我最喜歡開心果個朱古力,因為味道濃郁,雪糕吃起來很軟滑,沒有冰粒感,質素很高。慢煮鵝肝也是這裡的名菜,果然名不虛傳。鵝肝的口感很好,相當軟滑,跟南瓜茸是絕配,吃起來相當順口。同時吃到濃濃酒香,濃而不嗆。喜歡這種創意料理,因為既好吃,又不能在其他地方踢倒。是很成功的料理。酒店還提供很多美味的中菜和西餐選項,讓人眼花繚亂,目不暇給。性價比很高,絕對是我的心水自助餐之選。Read More

今天是我表弟生日,於是便選擇來麗晶酒店吃自助晚餐,星期日晚市只有一輪,時間是18:00-22:00,價錢每位接近$1000,定價比其他同星級酒店自助餐貴差不多$200。首先,酒店的凍海鮮選擇不多,沒有最「回本」的龍蝦和生蠔,只有一些不太值錢的長腳蟹、麵包蟹、青口和大蝦等等,由於完全唔吸引,所以今次我是完全沒有品嚐任何凍海鮮。至於刺身,分別有三文魚、拖羅、帶子和甜蝦等,除了拖羅有根,其他都味道不錯,而且壽司款式很吸引,有火灸三文魚、象拔蚌和蟹子帶子壽司,特別推介火灸三文魚,每一口都鮮甜美味,入口即溶,味道相當不錯。之後便是熟食項目,今次的熟食是最「回本」和吸引的,分別有烚龍蝦、鮑魚花膠海參、片皮鴨和羊架等等,龍蝦雖然是白烚,但酒店亦提供不同醬料給大家沾著吃,而且龍蝦本身亦鮮美多汁,肉質爽口彈牙,即使不沾任何醬料都很好吃。至於鮑魚的質感很軟綿綿,而且相當入味,花膠則比較爽口一些,片皮鴨它本身已「包定」,不過亦可以叫廚師即叫即包,因為我不吃任何配菜,只吃春卷皮+片皮鴨+醬料,於是叫廚師即場製作,鴨肉柔軟嫩滑,醬汁香甜滋味,味道相當不錯。羊架是今次我最喜愛的食物,肉質柔軟之餘,亦不會血淋淋,最重要是它充滿濃濃的膻味,怕膻味的朋友便不要吃了。不過個人認為,羊肉就是有膻味才美味,沒有膻味的話根本和吃豬肉沒有任何分別,喜愛羊肉膻味的朋友真的不容錯過。最後便是甜品環節,美中不足的是今次的甜品有點失色,首先款式不多,其次賣相不精緻,最後味道亦不是特別出色,焦糖燉蛋過於甜膩,提拉米蘇口感不夠幼滑,黑朱古力蛋糕味道偏甜,伯爵茶麻薯蛋撻不過不失。最失望的是雪糕,開心果雪糕的開心果味很淡,70%黑朱古力雪糕十分甜膩,和普通朱古力沒有任何分別,全部口感都不算太幼滑柔順,味道很一般。飲品方面,每位包一杯餐飲,而飲品選擇都算多,近期是台灣主題,所以有台灣的烏龍茶,我點了梨山冷礦烏龍茶,是一款清的茶,茶味清香而不會太苦澀,我挺喜歡這種味道。環境方面,餐廳比較細,坐得比較擠迫,而且座位和食物之間距離很少,還有取食物的時候經常比較擠擁,用餐環境只是一般,唯一的優點就是可以在座位上看美麗的維港夜景。價錢方面,經酒店直接訂枱$988一位,餐廳設有加一服務費,即是每位是$1086。總結來說,今次的食物味道雖然不錯,但是價錢卻略貴,因為麗晶酒店的定價比其他五星級酒店貴,現在最人氣的金鐘香格X拉都只是$850已連加一,而且食物款式亦比這裏吸引,下次應該會吃其他餐廳的自助晚餐。Read More
