每次經過添記,都一定有好長嘅人龍。聽街坊講都話好好食,之前一直都冇機會買到嚟食嘅,中午前就會賣晒。今日難得一朝早去咗銀行,處理完畢,只是早上10點,心諗,不如行過去添記睇吓。好好彩只有五六個人排隊,等咗15分鐘多啲,就到我啦。睇住老闆細心快手,手起刀落去切隻鵝脾。天氣咁熱,就買返屋企食啦。因為堂食坐嘅地方環境都唔算非常理想。返到屋企,煮一個湯米粉,配燒鵝鴨髀。成間屋都香噴噴,燒鵝的確係有炭香味。每一口都非常多汁,沾蘇梅醬,好正。 continue reading

第一次食冬菇亭要排隊, 講的就係添記.每次周未行過見到好多人排隊買燒肉, 今次特登都來試下.位置在交通廣場隔離, 除了斬料, 仲有十張八張枱可以堂食, 但今次只開了部份枱, 所以吃飯都一樣要排隊等位.燒肉飯 + 例湯, 37蚊, 價錢好大眾化.先講個湯, 今日有青紅羅白 / 生熟地湯,  我要了生熟地湯,  好大的藥材味, 仲有一大塊豬骨,  十蚊一碗真係超值.燒肉飯不過不失,  燒肉有肉味, 但層皮偏硬唔鬆化, 有點失色.最差就係個飯底, 雖然應該係泰國米, 但一樣偏硬, 甚至有生米的情況, 環境 : 大排檔, 食飽走人就係,招呼 : 好多熟客, 熟到好幾個坐低, 阿姐已經知道佢地食乜. continue reading
