呢排多左番上環寫仔樓,知道深井陳記燒鵝在附近開咗分店,見未到晚飯飯局時間,於是捉阿J 同我去嘆番隻深井燒鵝脾。堂食座位設在上層閣樓,一室簡潔光猛,阿J 本想叫鵝脾 ($100),店負責人Chris 建議不如試下"下庄 " ($150),可食肉之餘亦試埋鵝背。ok,一於咁話。阿J貪玩話不用切,成份上,食得豪邁d。一上枱,份量大到嚇一跳,差唔多成半隻鵝,我見到阿J雞手鴨腳唔知點入手咬佢,唯有叫師傅幫手將鵝背位斬件,但要留番原隻脾俾豪邁的阿J。阿J 終於可以一啖咬落去,但又好快隊俾我,因為佢唔食皮的,叫我先消滅層皮。嘩,不得了,塊鵝皮香到呢,不過略為太油,加上隻鵝的皮下肥膏都幾多,我成口都係油,用來餸飯撈麵就一流喇。終於到阿J 食,鵝肉重鵝味亦有嚼勁,但唔算肉厚。鵝背則油脂甘香,唔錯。我同阿J 都覺得這燒鵝 "雄糾糾" 的男仕應該會較喜歡,因脂肪比例偏重,加上鵝油豐富香口,啱哂餸飯餸酒。服務態度一流的Chris 跟我們說深井燒鵝只有他們可衝出香港,今年他們會在東南亞 3 個國家開多間分店。希望在香港已有70年歷史的陳記可做有水準的過江龍,為港爭光。
