係中環區食燒鵝飯最出名除左「鏞記」外,仲有深井陳記燒鵝,今次去到業豐大廈2樓。一出LIFT,餐廳🍴佔用全層,店舖吾大,容納大約30-40 人左右。一場黎到當然必試招牌深井燒鵝飯,一碟碟頭飯都已經賣HKD 64,中環區價位算中規中矩。燒鵝肥瘦適中,有數舊有肥有瘦的,帶一陣清淡的鵝香,啖啖肉,卻略欠柴火🔥香氣,偏向一陣油益味,食落鵝味吾夠濃,要配上酸甜汁點綴一下。皮脂都略為多,咬一口係口腔內油脂爆發,喜歡💕食油膩感重既人會喜愛。反之亦然,不喜歡就好似吞一啖油。熱奶茶☕️絕對有待改善,茶底太濃,一陣苦澀上舌頭,即便加了大量淡奶也不能掩蓋茶膽濃既事實,又不滑,又吾易入口,垃圾。總結:名過於實燒鵝飯熱奶茶☕️有待改善 continue reading

與同事解決早午餐下午準備前往大館故步行至附近遠處看到陳記燒臘的招牌就按圖索驥前往嘗試,香港類似燒臘餐廳遍地都是,如果想要實惠道地自然不推薦連鎖品牌或者商業區,不過人已在此冇的選擇,其實大部分燒臘餐廳我絕得都OK區別在於價格同表皮酥脆程度以及口感的油膩程度。這家店位於大廈二層,店面同普通茶餐廳沒差只不過環境比較寬鬆座位不會很緊而已。就餐時間大約上午11點過半,沒有食客,服務員同樣都是阿嫲或者阿姐,不會主動服務,顯然雖然價位高但服務同平民茶餐廳並無不同說起燒鵝可能略油膩外其他都OK,這間餐廳除了茶餐廳日常出品外其實也是一間家常菜館,各種粵菜越菜選擇眾多,宴請聚會都很OK。無奈胃只有一個兩人食量有限,熱菜只點選一份什錦雜菜煲。 continue reading

午飯同友人叫了燒鵝和油雞套餐,落單時跟waitress講加一碟白灼唐生菜。看到點菜紙嚇一跳,白灼生菜要價72,貴過套餐。旁邊的食客看到菜價都要呼真是貴到離譜。叫waitress過來退菜,話廚房已經煮好,價錢就是這樣,嫌貴可以叫警察!嘩,真是好厲害的食肆,今後都不會再光顧。We ordered two bbq lunch sets and asked for a plate of plain boiled lettuce which generally costs 20-ish hkd. It was shocking to see the boiled lettuce is priced at 72hkd when the check arrived. We immediately checked with the waitress and asked to cancel it, before the fish is served. They rejected us saying the dish is ready and we have to pay 72 for it, or else we are encouraged to call the police. The whole thing is just ridiculous. The way the restaurant handled it is unacceptable. Will not visit again. continue reading

我本身都好中意食燒味飯,今次就選左一間比較高價既燒味飯。燒鵝食起上嚟皮算脆(尤其係外賣),肉質亦唔鞋身,但食落唔夠味,唔夠香,要點埋醬先夠味。叉燒反而有驚喜,食落十分唔錯,半肥瘦,好味,食落都幾香有麥芽糖味,送飯好正。其實總括黎講, 我覺得佢D食物質素唔係差,但又去到完全對得住個價錢,睇黎價錢都係包左唔少名氣同租啦,對於我呢D唔係有錢既人,我諗未必有一次,始終呢個價錢,我可以係比較平民少少既燒味店食得起碼2-3次啦。 continue reading

我本身好鍾意去旺角間深井陳記燒鵝茶餐廳食晏,冇10年都有8年!另外亦有去上環個間,但今日試左中環德忌立街個間,叫左個叉油鷄米粉,食物黎到,份油雞有5舊,其中兩舊係鷄翼肘位根本係骨,另一舊係翼尖,其餘兩舊亦冇乜肉,我問個侍應姐姐點解咁,我係咪要加大,佢話係咁,冇加大㗎喎!然後食落就只有一個咸字,我應該以後都唔會再幫襯!☹️😖😠 continue reading
