深井燒鵝馳名中外,不過分店就越開越多,唔需要特登入深井去食,不過深井似終有佢既獨特風味。先叫了碟叉燒,真係唔錯,叉燒用了梅頭肉,唔會太肥,肉嫩有汁,而且邊位有焦香,同時又帶蜜味。入深井點可以唔食燒鵝,例牌足二人分享,鵝皮香脆,鵝肉帶肉汁及脂香,不過天氣凍,放到最後油脂就呈糕狀,所以要即叫即食。豉油皇鵝腸以芽菜及葱墊底,鵝腸炒得爽脆入味,芽菜吸收了醬汁味道,非常爽口。檸檬蒸烏頭略嫌不夠黃油,但檸檬醬同烏頭真係很夾,能去掉烏頭的泥味,提升魚的鮮甜。

朋友想食燒鵝,所以渣車入深井食歷史悠久的的陳記燒鵝。除了燒鵝外,還有多款燒味,小菜款式都很多,而且價錢比酒樓便宜。燒鵝例牌的份量剛好多我們二人分享,鵝皮帶點香脆,肉質鬆化有肉汁。砵酒生蠔煲用了美桶蠔,生蠔大隻且肉厚,外面有層薄薄的粉漿,生蠔味道帶點甜香,入口滑嘟嘟。芥末沙拉骨表面淋上日式芥末醬,味道不辛之餘還有點沙律醬甜味,排骨啖啖肉,又不會炸得太乾。香煎琵琶豆腐煲豆腐炸至鬆軟,裏面以豆腐及魚肉混合而成,所以質感較普通豆腐鞋口,但就非常軟熟。

今晚特登入深井食燒鵝,阿媽話好鍾意食,所以被逼點左一隻。一上枱燒鵝賣相已經非常吸引, 燒鵝火喉十足, 表皮燒得香脆有光澤。本身對燒鵝都無乜研究,但呢到既燒鵝燒到金黃,皮好脆口,而肉質都算係咁,唔會鞋邪惡之肥美鵝腸,邪惡之選,夠肥又好味。入口爽脆,唔會有雪藏嘅味道,而且份量好大,如果唔係怕膽固醇,真係多多都食得晒呀。帶子炒西蘭花話明係帶子,帶子就真係勁大啦,而且入口爽口,完全冇雪味,仲要有幾隻大大隻,勁啊,西蘭花爽口,唔會好淋,而且有蒜蓉吊味,充滿鑊氣。
