【#熟食中心 】#海記海鮮大排檔 話說琴日係 #石塘咀熟食中心 臨走果時，望見依間海記既午市餐牌，都幾抵食，所以今日冒雨☔都要來🤣一直都知海記好有名，主要做晚市，聞說收費都唔平，原來都有做午市🤔 店員話一直都有，只係星期三休息同星期日只做夜晚。雖然佢有好多款午餐揀，但我今日係衝住佢個 #乾炒牛河 而來😄 因為我太耐冇食到好食既牛河😇之前網友都有介紹幾間牛河，都未安排到去試，咁啱依度見有，仲要$44連湯及飲品，馬上行動啦😄本身想叫凍檸茶，店員話係紙包既，即係汽水櫃入面任揀，咁就要可樂啦😄例湯用一個細碗裝，飲得出有蕃茄薯仔同草菇🤣 味道唔錯，可能耐咗，唔算太熱。牛河好快到，嘩！就係依種味道♥♥ 河粉底係炒河，唔會好厚身，口感一流，味道幾好，夠色水亦唔會過咸👍 牛肉都比好多，好嫩滑，真係好正👍👍問店員要辣醬，店員都好快手，仲話我知係用「 #余均益」，靚野😄唯一要「挑剔」就係配菜唔夠多，芽菜只有少量，如果好似琴日果間用好多紫洋蔥爆香再炒就非常好啦🤣所以點解我會話就算你肯落料，都要有廚藝配合先得😄食完果時，店員同我講，如果個湯啱飲就自己裝得架啦😎 我鍾意飲湯，即刻裝多碗飲，今次係加熱咗👍$44 依個質素，真係超值👍推介指數：8/10海記海鮮大牌檔西環石塘咀皇后大道西470號石塘咀市政大廈2樓熟食中心CF1號舖@foodiehck2022 #港飲港食平靚正 #炒粉麵 #大排檔 #石塘咀 超#西營盤美食 #可樂 #例湯 #午餐 #抵食

海記海鮮大排檔我哋差唔多每年冬天都會黎食晚飯。由於冇冷氣關係，今日天氣終於轉涼即刻book位食晚飯。四大兩細。叫咗一個椒鹽鮮魷、魚香茄子煲、豉椒炒蟶子、瑤柱竹笙扒山菜、三杯雞。飲咗兩次大啤酒。四個白飯。一共食咗$837 。非常之抵。椒鹽鮮魷超有鑊氣，好好食，但份量較少。豉椒炒蟶子。每條聖子大隻過手掌。咬落去聖子即斷，一啲都唔韌。個汁教得非常好帶點微辣。如果想食聖子的話，記住打去預留先。好快就賣晒。其他菜式就同其他大排檔差不多。10分推薦

朋友聚會，選左來海記海鮮大牌檔食野，就簡簡單單叫左幾個菜，魚香茄子，送飯真系一流啊，好香噶魚香味，茄子好淋，吸收曬滴魚香噶味道，超級正！仲有個椒鹽九肚魚一定要試試，椒鹽味好香啊，外面薄薄噶一層粉，脆蔔蔔，好香口，裏面噶魚好有口感，真心推薦。

I first visited this shop 6 years ago and it was one of the first places I ate in Hong Kong. I thought it was good, but I didn't know any better. Now, after living here for 5 years, I still think it's one of the best shops for local food. I also just realized that I haven't yet written a review for one of my favorite dinner spots, I figured it was about time to write a little something.This place is a treasure. it is a classic, Cantonese dai pai dong 大排檔 with decent prices and a few stand out dishes. It is consistently good, reliable, and usually packed, so come early for dinner (before 7pm i'd say) especially with a big group. The most highly recommended dishes for me are the garlic fried chicken (ask for this as soon as you sit down because they sometimes run out), eggplant in clay pot, cuttlefish cake, sweet and sour pork, clams in black bean sauce, and fried calamari. Whenever we come here, we get these dishes without fail. In the past I've also enjoyed the black pepper beef stir fry. Overall this place is a gem and if your in western district or near HKU and looking for a fun, excellent quality, dai pai dong experience, come to this place.

價格好貴！點咗一份炒飯要68！一份蒸魚128！真是上當。而且買單之前都沒有人話給我知是幾多錢，到買單先知炒飯要68感覺好似被騙了，再也不會幫襯。不知道為什麼會有客人
