蟹王薯爺收到風,利舞臺22樓最近新開咗間中菜廳「海港薈」主推阿拉斯加長腳蟹,週三雀局終於斷咗其六連敗嘅戰績,週四晚即相約肥肥家族去拆蟹慶祝!佔用面積全層嘅餐店以雲石裝潢嘅門面好有氣勢!接待處旁大大個魚缸啲水好清,展出多款游水海鮮,實在吸睛!用餐大堂樓底唔算矮,間隔開揚,舖上厚厚嘅地毯有助吸音。據悉,店內另有三間廂房,分別最多可容納上八人、十四人及十八人,對應嘅晚市最低消費為五千蚊、八千蚊及萬五蚊,其中唯一設有私人廁所嗰間十四人房就最多人訂。每位席上都擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具。網上已有人上載厚本餐牌,其首頁先道出店子「金齏玉饌」嘅理念。最後一頁列明茗茶$18/位及其他雜項收費詳情。開瓶費$100/枝,實屬良心價,不過新張期間暫免開瓶費,酒鬼們有福啦!如相所示,經理Roy哥哥架生齊備,開酒斟酒都絕不馬虎。場內嘅貴客大多選食原隻阿拉斯加長腳蟹,另加孖寶海鮮。人數唔夠多去拆一隻蟹,所以就選擇咗唔洗自己郁手嘅「長腳蟹の盛一人前」套餐,$498/位。服務生不忘告知此套餐於推廣期間買三送一,更表明歡迎五口子叫四客黎分,所以就另加咗兩款散點項目。金磚滑豆腐($98):豆腐粒當真如餸名般呈金磚狀,食落外層香脆心嫩滑,微辣惹味,送酒一流!金蠔法國鵪鶉生菜包($298/四隻):薯爺大讚半乾濕嘅金蠔飽滿肥厚,濃甜軟嫩,不過如果可以熱啲就更加理想。長腳蟹の盛一人前($498/位)之長腳蟹肴肉:套餐第一道頭盤勁似「鎮江餚肉」,只係豬肉部份變咗做長腳蟹肉及蟹膏。兩件半晶瑩嘅點心清涼輕巧,連埋頂面細細粒嘅甜醋波波食,酸甜嘅調味於口中滲入蟹肉啫喱度,效果醒神又醒胃。長腳蟹の盛一人前($498/位)之蟹肉文思豆腐羮:豆腐羮個湯底好清香,蟹肉鮮甜易入口,切成幼絲嘅豆腐亦細嫩順滑,一人一碗羮都唔溜,份量恰到好處。長腳蟹の盛一人前($498/位)之蔥油煎焗蟹腿:兩件半煎炸嘅蟹腳肉厚身得黎外皮香脆唔油膩,蟹肉極之軟滑,黏上碟上翠綠嘅蔥油及點綴嘅魚子醬即倍添芳香及鮮濃,個人覺得係套餐中最正嘅一味長腳蟹の盛一人前($498/位)之京燒蟹肉和牛:一口一件嘅和牛鬆潤多汁,又唔會太肥,撈入蟹肉碎令惹味嘅菜式多咗份鮮甜,海陸組口毫無衝突,簡單味佳。長腳蟹の盛一人前($498/位)之蟹肉炒長旺配蒸雲腿龍𧄌球:兩件龍𧄌球皮潤肉軟嫩,雲腿竟然超甜冇咸味,長輩欣賞廚師選配桂花粉絲夠清爽。長腳蟹の盛一人前($498/位)之蟹籽蟹肉炒絲苗:炒得夠乾身嘅黃金炒飯鬆香有彈性,混入新鮮蟹肉尤其鮮香。長腳蟹の盛一人前($498/位)之流心楊枝甘露布甸:成餐飯最差嗰味係不含蟹肉嘅布甸,唔睇餐牌仲以為自己食緊有芒果味嘅蛋白咁,好膠囉長腳蟹の盛一人前($498/位)之燕麥紫心番薯:好彩微甜嘅紫薯粒軟糯暖胃,芳香淡雅,輕盈可口。銅鑼灣新店「海港薈」環境光猛開揚,服務生好客有耐性,新張期間免開瓶費之餘仲有其他優惠,性價比都好高!家人已決定下次黎要叫原隻阿拉斯加長腳蟹自己拆,務求可嚐到靚蟹最鮮甜嘅原汁原味Read More

本人同好多朋友都喜歡吃原隻清蒸活長腳蟹,所以一直期待銅鑼灣會開設海港集團的餐廳,剛剛新開業海港薈,已經急不及待去試試,環境寛躺舒適,各式各款活海鮮應有盡有,加上上菜很有儀式感,請客食飯大方得體。必食原隻清蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹,上枱時很震撼,拍照時,餐廳會安排打燈,非常專業有Heart ,當品嚐長腳蟹時,端上紅醋我要求改為黑醋及詢問蟹膏問題,即時介紹一個新吃法,啖啖有質感蟹肉配上矜貴魚子醬,令我非常驚喜更覺完美,後來發現原來這裡的主理人大有來頭,是入行經驗豐富20多年的行政總廚謝江生師傅,我實在感到榮幸!小吃方面,椒鹽鮑魚仔很不錯,一口鮑魚椒鹽沒有蓋過鮑魚鮮味,非常欣賞金沙南瓜,當吃到太飽的時唔想再增添肉類,金沙南瓜一定是一個不錯選擇,鹹蛋黃美味甘香,外脆內軟,非常匹配上紅白酒。有高要求的行政總廚坐陣,相信銅鑼灣海港薈一定越做越好,能夠滿足大家口味。Read More
