《浜滝》自家製黑蒜拉麵🍜 + 鮟康魚肝📍九龍城福佬村道59號地下A號舖呢間店雖然係距離我屋企最近嘅拉麵店,但對上一次幫襯已經係好多年前嘅事。之前食我就唔覺得特別好,最特別都係佢加入左一塊石頭,碗麵一路食一路d湯仲keep到好夠熱,今日一於重溫下。《自家製黑蒜拉麵🍜》香味 (4/5)一如所料,黑蒜香味濃郁,幾香嘅。湯 (3.5/5)都係以黑蒜味道主導,豚骨味就差不多被蓋過晒,不過動物系嘅鮮味都係明顯,鹹甜適中。藉得一提係佢成個湯都係黑色,唔係上面得層油咁簡單,應該同個底湯有刻意blend過。麵條 (4/5)麵係細麵,有d似食札幌拉麵嘅基本配置咁,曲麵,偏硬,麵色偏黃,只係粗度不一樣。我就覺得個麵幾特別,唔係道道都配呢款麵,同個湯都幾夾。配料 (2.5/5)豬叉燒雖然個樣係正常,但係無論質感同肉味都係弱,中下。筍就正常,有調過味,勝在量多。溏心蛋又係較弱,過熟,蛋香麻麻,調味就正常。另外加18蚊有份鮟康魚肝,味道正常,有燒過。呢份魚肝嘅滿足感比碗拉麵仲要高。整體 - 又係屬於經過食碗都 ok 嘅級別,70分左右。如果你問,塊熱石有冇為碗麵加到分?我就認為些點啦,印象中以前食嘅時候,會多左陣焦香味,但今次就沒有,只有對湯嘅溫度有點加分啦。Read More
