如果在旺角掃街,小弟有兩味是必吃,第一是興發對面的賣魷魚鬚的檔口,一檔是在旺角荷里活樓下"津味"的煎韭菜餃.前者已執,金雞隔離的魷魚鬚,又不是昔日的樣子.小弟在旺角最愛的街頭小吃,就剩下韭菜餃.其韭菜餃在鐵板上即煎,包得四四方方,內裏的韭菜多到差不多要爆出來.外面煎得香脆,內裏韭菜的香甜兼多汁,絕對是估不到的好.每一次來也來兩串,多年如是,風雨不改. continue reading
