今日放工專登去銅鑼灣跟舊同事聚吓舊,原來喺總統戲院上有間超好食嘅泰國菜餐廳,廚師全部都用泰國人非常地道,餐廳環境佈置非常休閒,超級chill同朋友傾偈聚會非常一流。首先係個燒豬頸肉,一上枱已經聞到好香炭燒味!啲肉燒到外皮脆卜卜,帶少少焦香,但入面啲肉汁鎖到實一實,咬落去又嫩又彈牙,點埋個酸酸地嘅辣汁,完全唔膩,真係忍唔住食完一舊又一舊。跟住係個冬陰功湯,呢個真係考功夫!一飲落去,個湯底好濃郁,香茅同南薑嘅味好出,辣度同酸度平衡得啱啱好,飲完成個人暖笠笠。仲要有幾隻大頭蝦,蝦肉爽甜又索晒啲湯汁,非常惹味。第三道係蒜片椰菜苗,估唔到可以咁好食!椰菜苗本身好嫩,冇渣,用大量蒜片同辣椒一齊炒,香氣撲鼻。食落去爽脆得嚟帶少少苦甘味,好有鑊氣,絕對係一道出色嘅青菜。泰式金邊粉酸酸甜甜超開胃、最緊要係個金邊粉入到米,同抄到非常有鑊氣。飲品方面,叫咗個原個椰青水,清甜到不得了!冰凍解渴,飲完成個椰青仲可以刮埋入面啲椰肉食,又滑又香,正到痺!最後整杯凍柚子茶作結,呢杯嘢真心驚喜!唔會死甜,飲到清新嘅柚子果肉,微微嘅甘香同茶底好夾,解膩一流。總括來講,今餐飯每一樣嘢都高水準,味道正宗,食到好滿足。如果你鍾意泰國菜,呢幾款絕對值得試!Read More

約了朋友去銅鑼灣這間店吃下午茶,食店在一座大廈的頂樓,向街的門口比較細小,不留心就會走過而不知。我們也要問其他路人才找到這大廈的入口。坐電梯上到頂樓,電梯門打開即見招牌。餐廳佈置泰式,待應也是泰國人。店內環境開揚,一列通透的玻璃窗把日光引進室內。全場用木檯椅,甚有熱帶風情的氣氛。雖然擺位較密,但座位不算窄,仍算坐得舒服的。餐廳除了有室內座位,也有戶外座位。下午茶套餐要2:30才供應,我們2:15到,看見仍有午市套餐,於是點了一份午餐,再散叫一份其他的,等到夠鐘又再點一份下午茶套餐。所以這一餐既品嚐午餐又品嚐下午茶餐和散吃。午餐選擇有很多,價格比下午茶餐貴些,相對份量也多些,不收加一,反而下午茶餐和散點要收。在十二款午餐內選了泰式濕炒河,一大碟的河粉上佈滿豬肉和蔬菜,河粉很滑,容易掛汁,濕度剛好不會糊口,豬肉片薄切易吃,汁液的味道適中,不會過鹹,正常的泰式味道。下午茶選擇有八款,有一款名字特別,名噴領雞,看中文不明白這是什麼雞種,但看看英文名稱就知道,Panang是一款泰式咖哩醬的名稱,所以這款菜式就是咖哩雞。一個大黑碟上放了一團白飯,旁邊是咖哩雞。咖哩醬顏色橙橙紅紅,與雞件混和,配上紅西椒。咖哩味道濃郁,雞肉滑,用來配飯吃,十分惹味。散叫的是蟹肉米粉生菜包,擺盤好看,八片綠油油的生菜上放上雪白米粉,米粉上鋪滿蟹肉。中間一碗顏色鮮艷的醬汁為生菜包添上色彩。這醬汁不只是有色更有味,有了它把生菜包的清淡換上層層漸進的濃郁口感。這個菜式淡中有濃,確實好吃。餐飲的熱泰式奶茶味道也很好,入口綿滑有緻,有茶味,不會太甜。今餐吃的泰菜都是簡簡單單,不需要花巧,只要你的味蕾與食物配對了,你就會覺得好吃。Read More
