今次去嘅餐廳,真係發現咗個小寶藏,起先我見個招牌牛肉麵,真係"撩"到我個食慾喊爹娘。餐廳氣氛佢唔緊唔慢,啱晒招呼三兩好友,悠閒食飯。首先黎個"足球波"咁大份嘅涼拌青瓜,清脆得嚟唔會過鹹,真係做開胃前菜嘅上佳之選😘。講真,個牛肉麵真係一絕,湯頭暖笠笠,每一啖都好似焗住心窩。牛肉經低溫慢煮,鬆化得嚟又保持咗肉質嘅彈牙,食落去真係"夾"到無朋友👌。啱啱好嘅油花分布,令到每啖牛肉都無得輸,嗜好者必試。而家講面,我選咗幼面落去。典型嘅台灣食材,但佢個彈性同口感,又有少少義大利面嘅feel,食落去一啲都唔"拍住邊"。啲面攞落香港嚟,依然保持咗原汁原味,食住食住,真係"過癮"!總括而言,朋友,食牛肉麵,記得要揀一間心思思精心煮嘅店,今日呢間,絕對係我地嘅幸福之選💖🍜。 continue reading

同樓下果位講一樣,牛肉麵既肉,無論肉味同質感,食落去似豬多個似牛,個湯底......係肉骨荼味,但用來做牛肉麵,幾有新意,熱奶茶微温,同凍無分別,店裡人手不足,服務沒有係正常既,本人倒不介意,反正食完就走,但食材同湯底方面店家真係要注意下 continue reading

牛筋味道正常,但牛肉食落勁似煲湯豬肉。一啲牛肉味都無,一絲絲的肉口感乾柴,有啲似西絲骨既肉。不過已經打去餐廳求證,餐廳聲稱是慢煮牛肋條,但咁樣既口感都叫慢煮,相信廚師應該煮食技巧一般。很失望,不會再試。 continue reading

好耐無行到黎青州街,依到位置好偏僻,唔係之前黎過都搵唔到,裝修台灣文青風格,依區小有,環境好舒服,單拖黎食番佢個招牌牛肉麵,涼拌青瓜,佢個牛肉麵咁多年都無加價,都係52蚊,依家出面食碗台灣牛肉麵都要6,70起跳,依間鋪個特色係佢牛助條係用低溫漫煮處理、好感軟琳重帶有小小油脂甘香, 湯底有藥材牛骨的味,我自己鍾意食幼面,食番佢個基本楊春幼面所以無轉到佢其它面、佢有新竹米粉同刀削面可以轉,係依家通賬時代、依個價錢依個質素,值得推介朋友黎試 continue reading

看過門面的剪報,得知小店是從觀塘的工廈遷出,搬到紅磡現時的地址。看見不同的報道,即管到小店一試,結果........食物味道強差人意😢今日點了花雕醉雞新竹米粉配芝士奶蓋綠茶走冰走甜。花雕醉雞花雕醉雞,雞是有雞味的,但肉質較粗劣,而且醉雞味非常非常淡,根本吃不出是花雕醉雞,失望 😞新竹米粉湯底亦較鹹,吃了幾口已吃不下去了 😔😔食物不行,唯有寄望飲品的質素。芝士奶蓋綠茶走冰走甜對比起坊間的芝士奶蓋,這裏的質素確實有一點遜色,芝士奶蓋鹹香的靈魂完全失掉了!而綠茶茶底,味道亦有點像加工味道,不太好喝。店員是helpful的、勤力的,可是食物質素和味道真的有待改善! continue reading
