都唔咪第一次去食, 之前去都無咩, 今次去係因為貪呢邊鋪大啲光猛啲. 以前响花園街果邊鋪, 成日被人安排咗去後巷的房仔, 裡面成日有人食煙.點知, 今次就出事.叫咗蠔仔粥, 勁鯹勁難食. 自問半個潮州人, 由細食潮州嘢食到大, 真係最難食係今次. 一放上枱, 已經覺得"點解啲色咁怪既, 未見過蠔仔粥會啡色架喎?!" 一食, 真係想嘔番出嚟, 好大陣豉油味加鯹味. 新鮮既蠔仔煮出嚟, 只有鮮甜, 唔會鯹架囉, 而且很多時候, 潮州菜是會用魚露吊出個鮮味出來, 可是我一點魚露也嘗不出來, 只有豉油味和醒味. 我印象中之前食過佢哋既蠔仔粥, 唔會係啡色, 亦無咁難食. 我以為只係我一碗係咁, 但我走時週圍望下人哋果啲係咪咁, 都係啡色架! 唔知佢哋有咩comment呢.另外叫咗豉油王炒麵, 好油好咸, 又係好唔得.另外仲有椒鹽鱔片和炸蠔餅, 都只是一般, 蠔餅的蠔也是頗鯹.以後都係唔再嚟囉! 好味的潮州打冷真係越嚟越難搵.Read More

呢間野已經越來越差, 已經好耐無幫襯, 不過再加上夏天嗰 d 蚝仔係唔靚既, 又容易變壞, 都係秋季才好再試啦.

好耐無打過冷因為唔知邊到打冷好食,每次去打冷都係失望多!咁啱今晚個friend老婆想打冷所以跟咗佢地嚟呢到,每次打冷都差不多係叫個幾樣嘢,餓片上算嫩口肉質唔錯味道未見突出,椒鹽魷醬粉唔會厚個椒鹽味夠香口唔錯,菜紅無特別一般般,大眼雞大條不過太瘦身唔肥美,蠔仔粥有蠔仔味不過太水可以再好啲,紅腸墨魚失敗,墨魚唔彈口死死下,紅腸又係食落去淋嘅完全無口感!香港真係好嘅打冷難求,好彩我無希望過如果唔係又失望,總結嚟講啲嘢一般勝在夠平。Read More

Ordered the lamb stew with fermented tofu dipping sauce, deep-fried tofu, and battered, fried eel. The lamb was reasonable, but the dipping sauce lacked the pizazz of other establishments'. Unfortunately, this dish could have been much more flavorful in general. The deep fried tofu, was quite nice. Not too oily, and the dipping sauce also helped (if only to reduce the salty exterior on the tofu). The eel was quite good. It was well done and had a rich full-bodied flavour. Nice and bold. The inside was moist and well cooked; whereas the outside was crispy. :)朋友預備遠行出國一段時間,今天早上跟他一起去買御寒衣物及其它行裝,天氣太悶熱胃口不大好,行到累中午稍后去了標記樂園吃碗麵醫肚,之前在金融海嘯後在下午還賣八蚊一碗,已經是平盡全港,現時很多十蚊麵店都加了價,但標記樂園現時還有一碗十蚊的粉麵賣,在奶路臣街冷巷大牌檔也要賣廿蚊一碗麵,在旺角區簡直平得有點不可思議,雖然咁平但牛丸的質素及份量一點也不馬虎,環境比舊舖時乾淨整齊。 午後高峰時間客人也有七成滿,坐進一張卡座,見牆上牛雜或牛肚麵的賣相不錯,便叫了一碗牛雜粗麵,朋友知我在OR有寫食評,相信我的選擇不會錯,但又怕麵條有醎水味,跟我叫了一碗牛雜河,再加一碟七蚊超抵食的芥蘭。:)牛雜粗麵效率幾高下單不消片刻伙記便送上兩碗麵,份量不少的牛雜種類幾平均,碗中有金錢肚、牛膀、牛肺、牛腸,厨房都處理得很乾淨,牛腸大部份肥羔都除去了,我喜愛的牛膀保存獨有的質感,不會因煑過了火而變得太腍身不好入口,質素有保証,粗麵是一般交來貨式,不過火候控制得不錯,麵身保持爽口不太過腍身。 一般牛雜粉麵在某它店平均最少收接近廿蚊碗,在這兒價錢只是賣十五蚊好抵食! 標記可能係全港賣牛雜最平的了,不過除了夠平最緊要是靠得住。給論: 食得過!Read More

:)今日放工出了旺角行街買嘢,出到旺角有點肚子餓,當然要先打打牙祭,路經麥花臣球場一帶,花園街的舊店已結束,新店搬往豉油街,走入標記樂園在豉油街的新店食碗麵,我照舊要了一碗彈牙牛筋丸粗麵,想不到今時今日股市、樓市高昇,大家都在說經濟好時,依舊只賣十蚊一碗,這間名字跟牛丸名店樂園差不多,雖然價錢賣得很平,但它造的牛筋丸真的夠爽口夠彈牙,粗糙的表面都是凹凸不平,可見都是手造的,肉丸有牛肉鮮味,一碗有三蚊牛筋丸,食這樣有質素的手打牛丸,價格卻是超值價十蚊,記得早幾年沙士後在下午時段,曾經還賣過八蚊碗,現時很多十蚊麵店都加了價至十一、二元一碗,但牛丸都只是交來貨式沒什麽肉味,所以標記樂園的牛丸絕對超級超值,可惜麵條依然煮得不夠爽口稔身了一些。:)但是飲品則加了點價,往日吃粉麵加飲品只加五蚊,但現在巳沒這優惠價了。 新店的環境比舊舖大為改善,面積大了現在設有一排排卡位,像太興一般餐具收納在檯面下,檯面比較整齊一點。 由於有一定質素而價錢夠平,又位處旺區,實在超級抵食,大家經過旺角不妨去食番碗。Read More

由於昨晚外出吃飯, 家裡沒有煮飯, 所以今日沒有帶飯, 可以出來搵食! 中午時分, 仍然不太肚餓, 於是找了這間吃粉麵為主的店子幫襯. 入內自己找個位子坐下後, 發覺周圍的客人都是附近地盤的工人, 他們多數吃的不是粉麵, 而居然是門外看見的蒸飯! 於是決定跟他們一樣, 叫了客北菇蒸雞飯來試試.等了一會蒸飯才送上來, 一看已經明白為何地盤工人會吃這個, 因為都幾大盅, 而且夠熱! 一盅飯有一隻北菇, 以及六大件蒸雞, 把整個飯面都填滿了! 北菇的味道偏鹹, 而且較乾身; 蒸雞的雞件頗大, 但下了很多粟粉, 而且雪味未清, 吃起來雖然"啖啖肉", 但一點雞味也沒有. 至於蒸飯本身都還可以, 除了雞件下面的一層外, 飯身也不算太多水, 混著蒸雞汁和豉油, 味道居然意外的好! 如果不介意地方較嘈雜和侍應們沒甚麼招呼的話, 加上只要十四元就可以食一餐飽的話, 這裡的確幾抵食!!Read More

今日由於非常趕時間,黎到樓下食d野就算,記得有人提過呢間樂園非常之平,所以兩個人就入左去食啦。入到去發現真係好多野都好平,佢好多河粉都係 $10碗,牛肚/牛什/牛腩河等等就$12碗,價錢非常抵。我以為這麼便宜份量一定好細,來到時發覺同平時出面吃的也是一樣,一點也不少呢。我們兩個人叫了一碗牛什米,一碗潮州扎肉河,另外再加一個油占多的茶餐。牛什米非常大碗,而且用料絕不差,也沒有偷工減料,牛腸好香,肥膏唔算好多,但都好淋幾好食。牛肚有少少薄,不過也是好吃,不會太un,很易咀嚼。潮州扎肉河也是很不錯,依然份量很足,潮州扎肉薄薄的,但有很香的扎肉味,頗好吃。最後油占多倒是一般,烘得不夠脆,而且牛油和果占份量真的很少,所以只是一般而已。味道當然不是勁好,不過價錢真的勁平,所以想慳錢的可以來這裡吃呀!Read More
