星期五晚上6點2嚟到,當時已經好多食客,成個場已經半滿。到7點尾,我地食完離場果陣全滿之餘,仲有人等位😯完全FEEL唔到所謂香港餐飲業有危機呢件事。睇左好多食評,絕大部分人都一定會點兩樣野,分別係XO腰果蝦乾銀魚同埋椒鹽鮮魷,聽聞有時鮮魷仲會賣哂,而改為魷魚鬚添,所以想食嘅話,真係要趁早!! 😏其次比較多人推介嘅係豉油皇炒麵、炸蠔餅、鎮江豬仔骨,由於實在太多野想食,加上價錢十分相宜,所以兩個人叫左四樣野,最後食唔哂,要打包😆XO腰果蝦乾銀魚$118雖然佢個樣同配料都似小炒王,但大家小心唔好叫錯🤓。 個人覺得呢個小菜無小炒王咁鹹;XO味唔濃;炸到脆卜卜嘅銀魚幾大條;另外仲有蝦乾、腰果。唯一缺點係韭菜花切得太短,有D難夾。椒鹽鮮魷$118呢個小菜上枱果陣真係好香魷味,食落亦不負所望,鮮魷雖然唔厚肉,但真係好魷香!! 😋炸粉唔厚,食落油膩感唔重;略嫌鹹左少少。咕嚕肉$78呢個小菜熱到辣口😳個汁偏酸,份量幾多,而且食落唔會成舊炸粉,依然食到大大粒肉。豉油皇炒麵$58呢個略為遜色左少少🙉,無乜鑊氣,但勝在大大份,最後食唔哂果個就係佢。四款食物另加一罐可樂,合共$382。嚟呢度食野一定要有心理準備,街市熟食中心環境嘈吵、地板少少跣,但夠光猛、乾淨程度算唔錯、冷氣都夠涼(當然坐近出入口就未必夠涼),喺港島食到呢個價位嘅小菜,相當經濟👍。 continue reading

間餐廳久負盛名,終於搵到機會過來一試究竟。嗌嘅都系正路野,小炒皇、椒鹽鮮魷之類,餸啤酒一流。小菜味道方面,鍋氣十足,新鮮熱辣,但以笠個價錢同份量來講,性價比略顯不足。環境方面,可能系晚市,人頭湧湧,非常吵雜,雖然預左大排檔系差不多情況,但喧囂聲之大都超過預期,最好食完即閃。總而言之,路過可以一試,但無需專門過來。 continue reading

鵝頸橋街市日頭係由咖哩羊腩飯,燒鴨,魚餅同埋牛雜各領風騷。而晚間搖身一變,全層都變成榮記嘅天下~嚟到必點 XO 腰果蝦乾銀魚!表面上好似小炒王,但佢嘅蝦乾鮮味唔太乾,銀魚夠脆身,好食!(呢個係貴過小炒王20蚊㗎~)椒鹽鮮魷 經典大排檔小菜,脆口又鹹香用嚟送酒一流薑葱生蠔煲 份量足大大隻,夠惹味又有鑊氣,啲生蠔仲係脹卜卜肥肥的~ 😍呢度竟然有少見嘅砵仔焗魚腸!蒸起熱辣辣加少少胡椒粉一齊食,令我完全改觀冇晒以前嗰種腥味壞印象,外脆內嫩又帶點魚肝嘅鮮香,不錯!椒絲腐乳通菜牛肉 好 raw,個人覺得啲菜就老咗少少豆腐x魚湯 - 無乜味,飲了個寂寞價錢實惠,開到兩點,宵夜好去處(悄悄話:有冷氣~) continue reading

現在能吃宵夜的地方不多,最近就發現了一家灣仔餐廳能開到凌晨兩點,就是在鵝頸橋街市熟食中心一樓的榮記。雖然同層有不同食肆,但晚上開始至凌晨兩點,只有榮記一家開舖,所以所有桌子都是榮記的客戶可使用,位置非常充足。濕炒牛米($68)大排檔格局,首選乾炒牛河,但是日河粉已賣光,所以選了濕炒牛米。牛肉大件嫩滑,米粉煎過有燶邊,配汁真的超級好味。豉椒炒蜆($88)豉椒炒蜆,微辣,是卜卜蜆,非常肥美,暫時是我在不同大排檔吃豉椒炒蜆吃過最肥美的炒蜆。金針雲耳蒸滑雞($78)金針雲耳蒸滑雞,雲耳非常入味,部份細件雞件會比較滑,雞胸則有點嚡。菜心炒牛肉($78)菜心炒牛肉,牛肉與濕炒牛米的牛如出一轍好味,菜心亦非常新鮮,不會炒得過腍。晚上宵夜到榮記氣氛真的不錯,不過略嫌有煙味,周圍環境比較大所以嘈吵。 continue reading
