To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

筲箕灣東大街向來都係東區人嘅掃食天堂,不論是中式、西式、泰式、日式、主食、小食還是甜品,只要你想食嘅😋,都可以係東大街揾到🤓。好耐都無係東大街呢邊食飯,所以,特登過嚟睇吓有冇特別嘅小店,可以同大家分享一下,有時,我都比較喜歡尋找一啲隱世小店,因為唔少呢類型嘅餐廳,都會比名氣大嘅做得更用心。由電車總站🚋一直行到古廟🛕附近,見到有間以串燒為主嘅日式居酒屋 - 桻之燒。店舖細小,座位大概只有十數張枱,裝修十分日式居酒屋小店嘅風味🏮,菜式以不同款式嘅串燒為主,還有唔少時令海鮮🦑,視乎日子而供應,當日我同友人就叫左個二人套餐,因為都有唔少老闆嘅推介嘅招牌菜✨🙂。一口生蠔🦪 (4/10)以蕃茄蓉、香草以製嘅醬汁,配生蠔,生蠔大隻和新鮮,不過,醬汁蓋唔住生蠔濃烈嘅腥味🤐。磯燒雞泡魚干🐡 (7/10)很多餐廳都會燒過火,但佢呢個火喉控制適中,雞泡魚干易咬口,唔會太硬,味道亦唔會過咸,保留了雞泡魚嘅原味🌊。油鹽水日本沙白🐚 (9/10)😻👍🏻個人十分喜歡💕,極力推介👍🏻,湯底用咗牛油、海鹽水而煮成,很重牛油香味,清而不膩,蜆肉都幾大隻又多,吸收曬湯嘅精華,非常入味😍。黑豚六花腩🐷 (7/10)個人本身幾怕太多肥肉,以為六花腩會好多肥肉,原來唔係,肥瘦均勻,用普通鹽燒已經好好味,亦一啲都唔奀😽。鹽燒雞中翼🐔 (6/10)味道正常,普普通通嘅鹽燒雞翼,沒有很特別。汁燒鮮冬菇🍄 (6/10)以燒汁燒烤,味道正常,也是沒有特別的。法式鮮蟹肉虎蝦烤多士🦐 (6/10)蟹肉打成蓉,加入明太子醬,塗上多士上,再配上赤蝦一起烤焗,幾惹味,蝦大隻及爽口新鮮,不過,唔係好食得岀有蟹味🦀,可以因為打得太碎,亦比明太子醬蓋了蟹味😐。日式香煎鮮蠔炒烏冬🍥 (7/10)蠔新鮮大隻,而且唔少,有椰菜、甘筍作配料,用燒汁去炒,鑊氣十足🔥!總結: 八款串燒及主食,唔包括飲品,但有茶水提供,共$498加一服務費,由於當晚係慶祝小妹生日,友人自帶蛋糕,另加咗$50切餅費,埋單$600,以小店黎講,價錢略嫌貴咗少少,不過,質素水平對得住個價,店員親切友善,服務周到,上蛋糕時,仲加左個朱古力字樣嘅生日快樂,我都好滿意呢餐生日飯,估唔到係東大街,都揾到咁高質素嘅日式小店,有機會我一定會再黎試吓其他招牌串燒! continue reading

是日約了朋友食午餐相聚,覺得呢間幾有日本居酒屋FEEL就試下。細細間位置比較少同密,不過環境唔錯,好有氣氛因為12點到達還好仲未有其他顧客,有齊晒各類既消毒用具,都唔錯,又問我地要唔要即棄餐具,態度又好好。我叫了蒲燒原條鰻魚飯,就係見到佢條大大條既鰻魚飯吸引左入來。 鰻魚夠肥美,醬汁甜度適中,撈埋D飯食一流。和風慢煮豬軟骨伴溏心卵定食,有麵鼓湯,蒜頭小食,沙律,感覺最抵食,但個豬軟骨味道一般,相比黑毛豚肉丼,佢既豬肉肥瘦適中,有入口即溶既感覺。溫野菜豬骨濃湯稻庭烏冬拌汁燒日本鯖魚柳,烏冬夠彈牙,湯底夠濃,條鯖魚夠大條,可以慢慢食,朋友叫了英式早餐,係日式格局既餐廳食英式日餐好特別,味道一般,最後加了蒜香法包,蒜香略嫌唔係好夠,不過15蚊都OK啦,整體很滿足。 continue reading
