呢間小店係一間非常之有良心嘅小店💓-佢哋不時會派啲小禮物俾小朋友,就算大人都有㗎,我收過手套一對🤗🤪不過重點都唔係呢啲禮物,而係林昌記嘅老闆係非常之注重食物嘅品質😆-之前同老闆娘傾過計,知道佢哋會不停改進見有食物嘅質素,當佢哋研發啲新食物嘅時候,就會拎出嚟俾客人試食,問吓佢哋嘅意見,務求做到一款最啱客人口味嘅食物😍-佢哋嘅食物價錢唔貴,仲要勁大份🤗我成日都會嗌炸雞扒米粉,舊雞扒大過手掌呀,次次都爭啲食唔晒😆加上佢哋仲用新竹米粉,包保返到屋企都唔會漲💓👍🏻 continue reading

油塘街市嘅林昌記已經買過無數次,一嚟平靚正,二嚟老闆老闆娘都好親切,絕對係去嗰邊開工嘅飯堂首選❤️❤️❤️ 最鍾意食佢嘅旦米、雞米、或者鱈魚粥。全部都好有水準,又冇味精,食得好舒服。 送粥配埋炒麵直頭係一流。好多時候朝早要去嗰邊都係食呢碗粥做早餐🥣👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 今日食嘅係魚旦米,$23有N粒魚旦,其實冇數但真係好多,唔知有冇十幾粒。魚旦粒粒彈牙,係招牌食物。米粉就正常啦,份量都幾多,我一個女仔次次都食唔曬。 continue reading

武漢肺炎爆完又爆,又唔封關, 都唔知搞到幾時, 真係好想同friend出街食飯呀。。。。。 響屋企都想食返d香港地道嘢食, 好彩林昌記久唔久有搞團購, 可以響屋企附近pick up, 乜都可以自己響屋企食啦~ (利申:非打手, 同埋我仲係好想出街食飯, 武漢肺炎害人不淺!!!)我要食翅!!! 但係唔好咁殘忍, 食碗仔翅算啦~ 上次食完鴨翅, 今次真係買多幾包, 食過翻尋味呀喂~ 佢d包裝真係好方便,放響熱水煲10幾分鐘就食得, 一撕開個袋, 香氣撲鼻, 真係好好好好好好食!! 又足料, 又唔似外面d碗仔翅咁杰撻撻, 有花膠, 木耳, 鴨肉等等,超多料, 超正~送貨個哥哥仔仲好好禮貌, 真係要多多支持呢d良心小店呀!!! 大家都要頂住, 撐住呀!! continue reading

油塘呢個山漠,去親都好難諗食咩,有入介紹呢間小食店唔錯,所以一試叫左蝦子撈麵、炸雞扒米粉、金盤同埋一份細既白魚蛋最正係金盤,即係炸物拼盤,炸魚蛋令人一試難忘,未食過呢種,炸粉不會太厚,魚蛋即使炸完仲係彈牙既,真係非常難得!蝦子撈麵好有新鮮感,廿幾蚊大大兜,好抵食炸雞扒米粉的雞扒size今人驚訝,比手掌還要大,完全唔似廿幾蚊貨仔既野店内的食物大部分都係即叫即炸,所以需要少小等候時間,但性價比完全係物超所值! continue reading

這天與朋友到鯉魚門看日落,四時多有點肚餓,特意去鯉魚門街市裏的「林昌記辰昌小食」買魚蛋。以往我常在尖東和旺角買林昌記,但未吃過油塘店。林昌記各個分店已結業,聽說尖東店和油塘店已分家,原因未知。既然來到油塘,我當然要去拜會這家小食吧!「林昌記辰昌小食」位於領展旗下的鯉魚門街市,未進街市熟食部已人頭踴踴,我倒是這天才驚覺油塘有這麼多人。這天小食店由幾位有禮貌的年輕人幫忙,我叫了黃金魚蛋及辣白魚蛋。店員包裝十分有心思,用有蓋的膠盒裝白魚蛋,用發泡膠沒蓋裝不能焗的黃金魚蛋。當然,最好是自備盒,只是這天忘了。黃金魚蛋可選泰式辣醬和千島醬,我一故選了千島醬。起初我接過魚蛋,發現千島醬並不多,於是請店員加多一點。店員立刻答應,沒半點推搪。其後我才發現,千島醬也下得不少。我喜歡吃魚蛋的爽口和帶一點點魚味,結實的陳皮魚蛋非我喜歡口味。這家白魚蛋十分爽口彈牙,不是那種粉粉的,完全是我喜歡的。自家辣醬亦是我的心頭好,我喜歡辣椒料香多於辣。每咬一口魚蛋,除了吃到魚蛋味,就是辣椒料的香味,辣味只淡淡的跟隨其後。由於未能選擇吃白魚蛋還是黃金魚蛋,於是我叫了兩樣。當我去到日落處,黃金魚蛋已冷掉了,但用脆粉炸過黃金魚蛋沒有油膩感,只增加更多魚味。加上千島醬,就更加沒了油膩感。如果在居酒屋吃這碟魚蛋,就是價錢貴幾倍的味道。店家一直有冷凍貨供客人買回家,可惜這天並非立即回家,否則買回去吃火鍋或煮麵加一兩粒,便變了高級車仔麵。 continue reading
