門口嗰啲餐牌同Menu,佢報個價錢又唔同,例如menu下面寫好咗飲品加$8佢開口就海鮮價加$10。衛生環境好差,成地都係水;枱面同埋啲筷子都黐立立。到俾錢嗰陣先好嘢,佢話可以用微信香港俾錢。佢夠膽死同我講話佢個Wi-Fi收得好差,但係佢仲喺度收緊啲外賣單個喎,根本唔係Wi-Fi問題!到之後用現金俾錢,佢竟然一直喺係個散銀袋摸來摸去博我唔記得我一問佢即刻拎出嗰啲散銀出嚟,未見過人咁唔老實,唔好幫襯!真係當人水魚咁! continue reading

就係咁,一個悠閒嘅下午,我行過一家樸素無華嘅小食店。店鋪細細嘅,但係香味從裡面飄出,好似呼喚緊我咁。🍲 入面坐滿咗街坊,大家邊食邊嗑下計,畀我感覺好有人情味。我就忍唔住揀咗份經典嘅炸醬麵同埋一客皮蛋豆腐。啱啱嗌到嘅炸醬麵,呢個實在係得意得嚟又醒胃。麵條滑溜溜嘅,炸醬香濃得嚟一啲都唔膩口。一兜炸醬落去,每啖都有滿口嘅肉粒同豆干,絕妙嘅口感真係叫人回味無窮!至於皮蛋豆腐,鮮滑嘅豆腐襯托住皮蛋嘅鹹香,清新嘅蔥花灑面,其實係相得益彰,鹹香討好。面頭脆卜卜嘅蔥油餅更加喺一邊伴奏,輕咬一口已經覺得心滿意足!😌總之,呢次食嘢經驗簡單平實,但滋味一啲都唔平庸。有時候,最家常嘅美食就係最觸動人心嘅,有機會一定會再嚟,下次要試埋其他嘅小食啦!🥢👅 continue reading

豉油撈飯,或美其名瑞士汁撈飯,是香港最傳統既碟頭飯之一。也可以說,這才是香港的好味道。而經常出沒在大圍的朋友也許會知道,大圍墟內就有一間其貌不揚,主打這樣簡單飯既小店,名叫《林園甜品小食粉麵》。近排,咁啱有事需要出現在大圍,要醫`肚,我就想起來這兒試試了。外有吸煙坐,內有有冷氣嘆既所謂雅座。但查實,如果係冬天,坐係出面其實比較爽。內裡其實係好殘舊,口講永遠是室內雅座,樓上雅座之類的美言,實在,未必係雷同。那天一個人來試,我點了一份蔥油雙扒蛋飯。成碟飯,主角雖然似是邪惡的雙蛋,但真正的美味 catalyst,其實是超甜的豉油同超香的蔥油。如沒有扒,沒有蛋,淨豉油同蔥油,都可以食晒成碟飯。改日同阿仔再來,我們選來選去,都係食返此店做得最好的蔥油扒飯。這次不雙併了,先來一個蔥油雞扒蛋飯,而蛋就要了熟蛋。熟蛋,入口時少了蛋汁,但也不妨礙美味。雞扒其實煎得很香,豉油味也是十足的。可以講,塊扒本身也是好味道。另一份是蔥油豬扒蛋飯。煎的是太陽蛋,米飯除豉油同蔥油外,更多了蛋汁的加持,是格外的味美。豬扒也是非常入味,令到成個飯都濃郁芳香,也是很好。跟餐,我選了奶茶。夠濃,夠香,也夠滑的。當然杯奶茶亦夠晒熱。夠熱夠滑,感覺非常之好,就算在大熱天時飲,都好舒服。用豉油汁做出了千變萬化的美味飯餐,的確是傳統既香港餐廳先做到。簡單試了《林園甜品小食粉麵》的豉油飯餐,感覺得到,這些東西,才是香港的真正的好味道。 continue reading
