寫了食評一段時間,抱著感恩欣賞食物的心態,很少留下負皮。好食的,一定會讚,加以鼓勵。唔岩食的,有一定誠意,也欣賞一下,不致加以打擊。但作為連鎖壽司店,素價不菲,卻做出奇怪食物,不見心思、不見功架,就要正視了。曾經是壽司店的龍頭,長長排長龍,近年食物質素下降已經是不爭的事實。估唔到呢一兩年仲常常有奇怪的menu推出。今次同朋友行過入來食一食,估唔到又中一個大伏。和牛卷本來是美食,但意想不到佢地竟然拎紫菜去炸。無錯!就係炸。紫。菜。一拎出來我地已O咀,為何紫菜要沾上炸粉下炸鑊?炸都唔緊要,炸完後,紫菜同飯徹底分離,鬆鬆散散。何苦呢?打算淨食牛肉好了,牛肉也是沒有牛味,乾硬的。時移世易,食壽局打大佬不用再壽深水埗。梗有一間板長在左近。奉勸老闆們,與其創下古怪餐單,還是用心選購食材、製作食物好了。…Read More

第一次去板長食野,冇試佢嘅招牌,但係就試咗佢嘅啲散嗌嘅壽司:火灸牛脷壽司、原條鰻魚壽司、火炙三文魚壽司...之前係日本睇其他地方食嘅壽司就食得多啦,但係就從來未食過牛內臟嘅壽司。板長嘅火炙牛脷壽司值得一試!烤到大約有八成熟,好香嘅牛味,但係一啲都唔騷。口感食落係軟綿綿但係又有啲彈牙,同一般食開嘅內臟口感好唔一樣。…Read More
