呢日係星期一，照計唔應該太多人，但一去到好多人等緊位，因為間舖太細。我地見到有個二人位（我地剛好二人）空左好耐，但都冇人出來叫飛俾人入。野食質數：唔好多過好唔好：三文魚壽司：有細骨！食左三件已經中左兩三條！有冇搞錯呀？從未食過有骨既三文魚壽司！金三文魚壽司：貴三文魚壽司＄１，但完全睇唔出＆食唔出有咩分別螢光魷魚：冇魷魚味，內臟口感同味道都難以入口蕃茄海鮮湯烏冬：烏冬煮太耐，太林，之前食過板前冇咁差只有一樣野比其他壽司店好：象拔蚌腹壽司：厚肉，非常鮮甜，幾爽口，價錢平（＄１０），質素同抵食程度都係其他壽司店之上象拔蚌壽司：都好好食，比前者再爽口ｄ，但要＄１５，我就覺得唔值俾多＄５食，但論質素同抵食程度仍然係其他壽司店之上若非有象拔蚌腹壽司，已給喊面！…Read More

我地坐左係入門口擺餐具既 bar 枱，聽到後面碗碟既響聲，回頭望原來係有個著白恤衫既男員工踢緊地上既豌碟，佢見到我地望到佢，有點愕然甘走開左，其實係鋪面真係唔應該甘做。至於今晚既壽司味道還好。三文魚肥美，帶子鮮甜，板長蝦彈牙，海膽十分肥美香濃。蟹籽芝士軟滑中夾著爽口蟹籽，口感好正。芥辣墨魚 “供鼻” 刺激又爽口。龍蝦沙律既蝦肉厚身彈牙。其餘壽司味道一般。蟹籽沙律青瓜絲夠凍夠爽，但沙律醬比例太多。燒鯖魚一塊燒得皮脆肉嫩；另一塊就好似整左好耐甘，乾爭爭又唔新鮮。唔知係咪食得太急，食食下超級胃痛，快快走人。…Read More

My family and I were looking forward to having some japanese food today, but were deeply disappointed at all levels and regretted choosing this Itacho Sushi :(. The service and the quality of their sashimi and sushi were not on par with other similar franchises or even other Itacho Sushi locations. The salmon pieces were dry, scallops were tasteless and the ark shell sushi was not fresh either. Those aside, the service from their staff members made our experience even worse. The lady that took care of our table gave us unnecessary attitude. First, when we asked her for the tea set menu, she said tea time was over. However, it was still 5:15pm at that time and it stated that the last order for tea sets was at 5:30pm. We asked her if she had mistaken, as it should still tea set time. She simply replied us with "well... by 'our' clock, its no longer tea set time". So what does it mean by "their" clock She then asked her colleague whether tea sets were still available, her colleague stated "Sure, its still tea set time, why wouldn't it be Its not even 5:30 yet." This already made us question our server's service. When it came to taking our order, we had a difficulty hearing what she was saying to us, as she was mumbling her way through our order. When we asked her to repeat what she had said, incase she took down the wrong order, she sounded very unwilling and her attitude went straight down the hill from there. Second, when we politely asked them to be more aware of their food quality, as the ark shell was so dry and dull looking (we did this out of good intentions). They simply said, "oh it can't be, it was just prepared for you." Having it just prepared, doesn't mean the ark shell itself was fresh. We then let it go. But we heard them gossip about it amongst all servers. This truly made us uncomfortable. That wasn't the end of the bad service experience... Later, when the manager came over to clear a couple of plates off our tables, his fingers dragged across our sushi rolls and he simply brushed it off as if nothing happened. We then asked the manager to take that order away, as it was truly unhygienic and highly unprofessional. After that incident, we understood why other staff members were so poorly trained. How can a restaurant provide an overall pleasant experience to their customers, when the manager's own standards was so low. I'm sure I will not be returning to this Itacho Sushi again, or maybe even other locations. 已經很久未有食壽司，今天晚上到九龍灣德福的坂長，眼見等侯的人不多，便決定食sushi!坐下後便馬上order食物，都是慣常愛吃的：三文魚、火炙三文魚、蟹棒、廣島蠔、油甘魚、金目鯛、帆立貝、加州手卷、軟殼蟹手卷等。曾經擔心人流少了，魚生會不會唔新鮮，但一試之下就消除疑慮了！金目鯛非常甜美，油甘魚既甜且香，加上少少柚子醬更能帶出魚的鮮甜。最喜愛的是火灸三文魚，面是軟綿綿、但裡面是半生熟及爽口的三文魚、加上少許沙律醬，好味又有口感。另外，個人覺得，坂前的蟹棒比其他壽司店好味。但卻發現師傅沒有即握壽司，壽司飯團預先準備好放置於飯盒內，失卻了欣賞師傅的手工,失卻了即叫即握壽司的新鮮，飯團也比以前乾身及硬，希望這點可以改善！ …Read More

這天晚飯只有我跟妹妹2個人, 不想走太遠又想吃壽司, 就去了板長.8時左右但都仍要等十多張枱, 還好在商場逛了一圈後就到我們了.其實這家板長店真的很小, 所以長龍永遠都會見到.卡位要搭枱, 不太喜歡, 所以選擇了BAR枱.先來一上基本款式三文魚普通, 魚背很薄很小片. 不過油脂還滿豐富的.海鰻壽司很大的一塊呢~肉是很肥美~不過醬汁少了一點芝士三文魚感覺芝士跟三文魚真的一點都不夾....芝士味道就是那種超市買的卡X芝士....海膽跟三文魚子海膽色巳變, 味道也很淡; 三文魚子還可以, 不錯.忘記了名字, 太卷味道也不錯, 這晚的壽司飯有點黏稠, 比平時好吃.溫泉蛋味道濃郁蛋黃半熟有點黏黏的~好吃~也試試最新出的平目魚跟金目鯛平目魚普通, 沒什麼特別, 味道有點淡. 金目鯛比較特別, 入口魚肉比較彈牙帶點爽的~金目鯛壽司一件不夠喉, 所以又點了一碟刺身$45只有4片, 很貴.....不過比起其他魚類, 它魚肉的質感確是有點不同, 好吃.最後來個甜蝦牛乳白湯湯真的很甜, 甜得有點假. 甜蝦就沒有了, 但有一大塊魚蛋.2個人埋單$370, 食物普普通通.…Read More

Sushi craving is probably one of the easiest food cravings to remedy in Hong Kong, what with all the sushi bars scattered all over the city. With all these sushi bar choices, why pick Itacho Sushi? One, because you don't have to wait until forever to get a table and two, because they've got staff who actually seems enthusiastic about serving you.The Itacho Sushi branch in Telford Plaza is not that big, yet we managed to get a table within 15 minutes of getting a number. The place was well-lit, quite clean and was a little too noisy to have an intimate chat over sushi rolls and slabs of sashimi. But then if you want sushi and intimate chat, they maybe a run of the mill sushi bar isn't for you.I love Japanese mayonnaise but some restaurants just overdo it and slather everything in such thick layers that you feel like giving up on dinner after just a few bites. This was most definitely not the case with Itacho's Crab Meat Salad. Although creamy and covered in ample amounts of mayo, the Crab Meat Salad had a very light taste which is exactly how I want it.After the salad, we had sushi rolls. We ordered California and Softshell Crab Rolls, and some Salmon Spring Rolls. The Salmon Spring Rolls were a little too mayonnaise-y for me, but the Softshell Crab Roll was quite good. The California Roll was very generic - there was absolutely nothing special about it.And then some Shrimp Tempura which were very tasty! And even after it got cold, it managed to maintain its very crispy breading.The sashimi were quite fresh although I think the tuna were a little too thick cut. The fatty salmon was very good.Kudos to the staff for actually caring about customer service. Not once did I have to signal for a waiter to come over and refill my tea cup; and when we were ordering, the staff serving us made recommendations on what else we could order. 其實這家板長我已經光顧幾次. 因每次食物和服務都只算平平, 所以一直都提不起勁寫食評. 板長午市套餐菜單很過時. 我想點吞拿三色井, 服務員說"三個月前早就沒有了!". 我點了櫻花丼. 櫻花丼在菜單上寫明是包括醬漬吞拿魚和白身魚. 怎知遲遲到來的櫻花丼竟然是90%三文魚, 10%白身魚, 0%醬漬吞拿魚. 雖然趕時間, 但本人不喜歡吃三文魚, 找了一位服務員理論. 第一位傻傻的講了幾句不明不白的話轉身找經理幫忙. 一位女經理過來好像不知發生什麼事又轉身找把幫忙. 最後一位男經理過來馬上說"櫻花丼一直都是這樣". 我一開始都心平氣和, 但聽到這一句話就有點氣. 櫻花丼我吃過幾次, 知道成分是什麼. 如果櫻花丼成分真的改變了, 菜單上也應該正確反影. 這經理還"死撐"說"一直都是這樣". 我決定不再和他理論, 講了一句"我不吃三文魚". 經理沒辦法, 說我只能點其他東西, 因櫻花井的魚已經調好了. 結果我點了非常一般的北海井(吞拿魚還好, 但蟹好亁, 不新鮮).吃了:北海井套餐$65包括:-吞拿魚 -帶子-甜蝦-碎蟹肉-味增湯-迷你沙拉不過不失, 一分錢一分貨. 吞拿魚較特出. 味增湯咸, 沒什麼味道. 地方乾淨衛生.食物出錯沒關係, 但這死撐態度我很不滿意. …Read More
