好吃是真心的但很嬲的是室內竟有人食煙, 是坐近廚房位聞到真係好嬲好嬲還見到食店牆上「禁止吸煙」的標示因為跟朋友吃飯的緣故,吃飯坐了2 個多小時回家後成頭都係煙味真心希望改善,便會再來 continue reading

聖誕節玩到傻曬, 乜嘢都唔想做......餸都冇買就同男朋友落去食個快飯紅橋全部都要排隊諗住食個拉麵啦, 行下行下見到呢間舖頭仔聽講啲羊腩煲好好味, 咁就諗住入去試下啲小菜啦, 入到去都係得七八成人, 我哋去嗰陣時七點半, 好多行山嘅人啦, 老人家啦, 反而真係好少見年輕人佢個格局好似以前一般舊式嘅酒樓, 全部都係大圓枱, 唔好諗住有卡位!!講番嘢食啦, 個餐牌根本係比選擇困難症嘅朋友一個大考驗價錢相當平, 好街坊, 碟碟都大到不得了 因為兩個人食, 又有冇乜胃口, 就簡簡單單叫咗兩個餸第一個係椒鹽豆腐 第二個係西蘭花炒牛肉椒鹽豆腐做得好乾身, 好脆好好味, 佢又畀咗一碟喼汁一般舊式嘅鋪頭都係會畀啲汁你點, 正另外呢一個西蘭花牛肉, 我要讚一讚 有鑊氣, 我唔知佢點樣整但係成點菜係好好味囉!! 個芡汁配上 青綠嘅西蘭花, 食得出嘅鮮味牛肉佢加左啲薑啦, 韭黃去炒, 好好味!! 唔似一般茶餐廳嘅死林, 一pat嘢.....呢個係食得出新鮮嘅牛肉我相信如果一家人去呢一間鋪頭食相當唔錯,  其實佢仲好味過大間嘅酒樓囉 continue reading

放假同老豆食晚飯,只好選擇係距做野附近,大埔!老豆介紹距既飯堂,當然要一試啦!唔洗迫街市大排擋,呢間可以坐得舒服d耐d!小炒王,有魚仔,蝦乾,腰果,西芹,魷魚。好香口,但細碟左d。茄子斑腩煲,比較油,茄子係淋身款,但斑腩好炸得好脆口,魚肉無腥or雪藏味!蒜蓉粉絲蒸勝瓜,出面食開無粉絲,蒜蓉配勝瓜一流,勝瓜好岩依家呢但季節食!胡椒浸豬肚,個湯唔咸,胡椒夠哂辣!豬肚唔un!鮮枝竹肉鬆娃娃菜,枝竹好少,唔夠食。但娃娃菜好甜,湯都好正! continue reading

今日在梧桐寨行山,行完便在大埔找東西吃。見到這間街坊價的大排擋便馬上坐下,因為太疲累了。點了幾個小菜,招牌小炒皇份量很多,酥炸白飯魚炸得十分香脆。炸蝦乾咸咸香香的。菜匍不會過咸,很爽脆。腰果炸得很鬆化,果仁的油香在口裡留有餘香,味道很好餸飯,還有少許XO醬味,辣辣地。 水煮牛肉,適合能嚐辣的人,辣度適中,味道很好,可惜不夠麻。牛肉有大約10件左右,肉質很嫩滑。芽菜爽口,吸收了辣汁,愈食愈辣。墨魚餅炸得金金黃黃,口感彈牙又不會過咸,點上甜酸醬,很開胃並有助減膩,是個不錯的飯前小食。炸米粉放底,有助吸掉過多的油。蜜餞豬排的味道很好,薄薄的一層蜜汁包裹著豬排,甜甜地,但又不會搶味,餸飯佳選。香煎黃花魚的魚皮炸得香脆,肉質鮮嫩,魚本身沒有什麼味道,點些豉油汁會好一點。炸乳鴿比較瘦,外皮炸得香脆,味道清淡。 continue reading

難得一連五日的長假期,一家要好好享受。其實,第一天已經相當放肆,雖然肚子有點不舒服,仍連走幾場,務求吃過痛快。尾二的一站,就來到大埔的東興晚膳,原來這間菜館在飲食網站一個食評也沒有,我就在此先介紹一下。由於宗教信仰的關係,是晚要守齋 (但可以吃海鮮),所以當晚的餸菜全沒有肉的。打頭陣的會是豉油皇吊桶,吊桶感覺新鮮,爽脆不韌,而且入味;墊底的芽菜,一樣爽口,亦吸收了汁醬的味道,同是如吃。吃過這味,對其後的餸菜也有一點期望。可惜,煎蠔餅就令人失望。首先是煎得不香口,蠔仔份量太少,蔥香又是不足,這樣的煎蠔餅,會好吃嗎?叫了金銀蛋莧菜,上檯時才醒起原來是有肉碎的,大家唯有撥開肉碎,只吃菜和蛋。還好,莧菜翠綠,爽甜,叫做沒有浪費這一碟食物吧!椒鹽豆腐,是有幾條椒絲,豆腐外面有點五香粉和黑胡椒,另附一碟淮鹽。外面是夠脆口,內軟,是惹味的一道菜,只是味道稍稍偏咸,原本用來送酒是一流。但是晚不好喝酒,改飲汽水取代。蒜茸蝦是最不滿意的一款,開邊蝦連腸也露晒出來,蝦肉既不爽鮮,甚至有少許霉的,蒜茸亦不夠香和惹味,就是最不懂吃的那位也覺得唔掂。蒸魚需時,所以是最後來的。豉汁蒸的「倉魚」,看似不錯,事實上生熟程度的控制尚算得宜,肉質唔會太韌,配以豉汁,是我喜歡的。連飯、河粉和汽水,七條友食四舊水有找,是合理的價錢。更多相片可見:http://fabricelau.blogspot.com/2010/04/blog-post_04.html continue reading
