網上見到慈雲山竟然有間舖肯攞炭燒牌,用炭火?當然要試吓!當晚好大風,聞唔到炭燒味,返而風中帶點燃油味,唔知係附近巴士站定食店傳來,附近有幾間都賣串燒,門面最大過間特別多人,依間間中有外賣客,坐底食唔多,可能時間尚早。小妹幫忙開枱,一家人打理,柯打紙同餐牌一樣,所以旁邊加印既字同手寫字落單都要手寫。師父推介游水虎蝦,話今日新鮮取貨,大小適中,肉質鮮嫩,燒得夠脆,加上淡淡鹽香,連殻都可以食,以依種質素價錢還可接受。燒茄子,一般店舖會燒到茄子扁下,保持全形以為會唔夠軟,但完全唔會,反而外皮無燶可以連皮食,辣味夠,蒜味差D。燒雞皮,基本都燒得香脆,只差串中間小小,用少量孜然粉調味,但粉未燒香,不過都係食本身味道。蟶子皇,是我太傻以為依個價係一份,無留意係皇!燒烤計其實差唔多,但依個真係唔抵,肉質係新鮮,但水份已流走,蒜蓉又無烤到,一D燒烤香都無。鹽燒黃腳鱲,最為推薦!大小適中,成條都燒得香脆,肉質鮮嫩帶微鹹,雖然係平價魚,但依個味道對得起依個價錢。燒雞中翼,花時間嘅食物,本身有腌唔洗調味,飽滿,帶油香,肉質帶滑,燒得出色,抵食!炒什菜,份量合理,但配搭?淡淡牛油香幾特別,但未炒香,似煮菜,不過依度本身唔係食炒,未當清吓把囗。今次食都偏特別嘢,除咗蟶子皇無燒烤味同炒菜炒唔夠,其他都好值得食!建議調味早D落令香味燒出。去到尾都聞到小小炭燒香,但越夜越大風,都幾難慢慢坐,其實襯宜家涼返坐街邊檔都係唔錯,細雨都仲開到兩張。…Read More
