因為太太從網上見到呢間川菜店,位於九龍城泰菜重鎮,仲有賣沙巴躉做嘅酸菜魚,經Openrice 訂座20:00時段。開餐當日OT關係未能準時到場,打電話改遲10分鐘到,男店員好禮貌亦冇托手踭嚟到坐低睇menu, 舖仔細細款式算多,女店員幫手落單考記性,我哋就咁嗌半份酸菜魚都識推介招牌沙巴躉,唔加配料盛惠$308。湯底連底料食夠酸夠味,魚肉確實同其他食開酸菜魚有不同,肉質較厚、肉較鮮甜美中不足之處是魚肉煮唔入味,兩者未能融為一體。涼拌魚皮: 同出面食開淨係得麻椒辣味不同。此店魚皮顯然切得較幼細、魚皮質感較煙韌,個汁係酸酸地開胃菜,但麻油似乎落得過咗火位,令到整體有點膩。辣炒萵筍絲: 夠熱夠味,除咗$78有啲貴,真係冇乜嘢好挑剔,三爬兩撥好快食曬。炒米粉: 成餐飯嘅MVP 夠熱夠鑊氣,米粉炒得鬆軟而不算太油膩,料頭受火足夠,啲蛋去到燶燶哋嘅程度更顯得香口。難怪聽到有好幾枱堂食同埋好幾張外賣單,都係有叫炒米粉兩個人都清得晒!記憶點停留在炒米粉,如果有機會再幫襯,會試試其他唔同組合。Read More
