第二次食呢間舖頭,第一次食既時候因爲落大雨,好求其甘衝左入一間餐廳度食飯。當時只係食左小小野,感覺都唔錯,所以諗住生日就再試下呢間野。今次再黎食,感覺又唔同左,佢一路上菜,我都一路好期待既,size份量色澤香味都唔錯,好想快d就擺落口。我好鍾意食上海菜,今次個囡跟埋黎食,佢完成無食過,俾佢食d上海粗炒,原來太咸。搵d熱水過下,都唔食。我地叫左都幾多野,一路食,一路覺得好咸。。哈!係個煎窩貼同個雲吞雞湯四季豆都ok..無我預期中甘好食 continue reading

今日本來想食牛腩粉麪個D,但係行到嘉麗園,點知佢收咗工,無奈地繼續向前行,行到千色附近見到呢間食上海菜既餐廳,望落去個裝潢都十分舊式,應該係家庭式經營睇到個餐牌覺得有D貴(中上位),我地叫咗3碟野200蚊埋單(要加1)1. 小籠包($36)靚既小籠包一定係皮薄餡靚,有湯汁,不過呢度既小籠包皮係夠薄,不過係無湯汁既,好彩舊肉唔係鞋口2. 上海粗炒($70)碟粗炒色係有既,不過整體黎講偏鹹好重老抽味3. 肴肉($68)佢唔同出面食既甘,晶瑩剔透,層次分明,仲發出一陣唔知咩香料味,好彩無肚痛4. 茶位($4/位)食既野唔多,如果當正餐食一定唔飽,不過我地去完工展會,食咗唔少野所以都OK,不過呢間野都係無下次,原因係價格同食物既質素唔成對比,係個粗炒叫好D,甘嘅價錢,第二度都食到比佢好㗎囉 continue reading

假日及公眾假期要加21$,令呢一餐食左二百幾蚊,除左貴之外,食客未飲飽茶,呀姐就趕住汁野。收咁貴茶錢同服務費,但想飲多幾啖茶、享用多一陣服務都唔得都明白既⋯雖然有人係出面等緊位姐下次都係提早一日黎食片皮鴨 抵食又好食,而且份量多,可以慢慢食!其他菜式全部一隻手掌咁大⋯一隻手掌拎得哂⋯例牌得一隻雞腿,,手掌咁大,不過都整得入味手掌咁大既雞絲粉皮,份量真的很少,食唔飽四季豆都係得手掌既size... 屋企果件話菜又唔值錢既,都咁咕寒! continue reading

最近不知道為什麼愛上吃擔擔麵,每當想不到要吃什麼的時候,腦海中就會浮現擔擔麵。今天晚餐還沒有定案,經過大棠路爭鮮對面的行人路,自然給這家沒有去過的上海館子吸引過來了。其實最引起我注意的是這家春和樓門口寫著三百多元京式片皮鴨二食的海報。不過,今天想吃一些輕量的晚餐,片皮鴨還是下次再見吧。店內裝修簡單,應該是平民路線吧。兩人或四人餐很便宜,可惜今天吃不下太多,還是單點吧。窩貼皮做得很薄,煎得脆脆的,咬下去沒有一般厚皮的硬硬的會刺痛口腔。豬肉料很多,肉汁完全能夠保存,而且也不會煎得太油膩。$33的小吃,算是超水準的了。我們倆還點了回窩肉。她的回窩肉份量很大,肉片比例上比較少,反而是菜比較多,這正合我們的口味,而且多加了一般少用豆乾,出奇的好味。好吃的回窩肉,最美味的應該是它吸收了肉汁和調味的菜。這個菜,正正做得好,還多加了豆乾分擔吸收的重任,整體做到濃淡得宜。擔擔麵的麵湯還算合格,整體口味偏淡。還好的是拉麵麵質有口感,也可以說中等水準。也不知道是不是老闆的細心,店內提供一壺香片茶,非常濃厚,在吃完上海菜之後,幫助去膩,剛剛好好的完美。 continue reading
