上環南豐新開張一間相當具中式傳統韻味的川菜館,裝橫相當有氣派,更有不少特色川菜!🐂堂切垛子牛肉-傳統的牛肉料理,用優質的牛肉經過切割及烹飪,然後再壓成一片片透明狀,味道鹹而香,配上秘製辣椒粉味道更佳。🥕熗拌濰坊蘿蔔皮濰坊蘿蔔以清脆爽口聞名,蘿蔔皮用熗拌的方式醃製,保留蘿蔔的爽脆口感,酸甜開胃帶淡淡草香。🦆魚子醬煎餅烤鴨師傅將烤鴨片起再起肉,然後將脂肪刮走,在色澤紅潤的皮上放上魚子醬,搭配印有字樣的麵皮、捲起放進口內油脂香味繞梁三日,肉嫩柔和,為之驚嘆。🥬海捕大蝦燒膠州白菜新鮮的海捕大蝦切成粒狀並挑去蝦腸,而以甜味著稱的膠州白菜吸收大蝦的鮮甜味,極之味美,將甜味昇華。🍲鮮青椒毛血旺-經典的一道川菜以鍋爐細火保持溫熱,加入鮮青椒、毛血旺、毛肚、牛栢葉、午餐肉、肥牛、鱔等食材,麻辣味道過癮。🥓慕斯大油條配腐乳慕斯+鳳梨慕斯油條的體積好比長法包,店員需要用鉸剪剪開10多份,將傳統的油條與慕斯結合的新式創意料理,油條外脆內鬆軟,慕斯一甜一鹹的配搭。總括而言,味道相當出色,環境具格局,值得推介!

It’s a nice discovery of this Chinese opera-themed Shandong and innovative Sichuan restaurant brought about by Michelin 1 star restaurant, Lu Shang Lu, in collaboration with South Beauty.The head accessories from Chinese opera on displays caught my attention once I entered. The long corridor leading to the main dining area, with a striking LED wall got me in the mood right away. Tables are placed sparsely and there’s a real drum beneath each table, along with a small platform for the show. The lunch sets had been thoughtful. There were 2 to choose from: one was spicy, and the other wasn’t.They swapped the soup to another Shandong 魯菜signature soup, the 薄切烏魚蛋湯. [More info from web search: 雌烏賊(俗稱墨魚)的纏卵腺,也稱月蛋,呈橢圓形,外面裹著一層半透明的薄皮(即脂皮),它含有大量蛋白質,產於我國山東青島、煙臺等地,一向被視為海味珍品.] It had strong pepper flavour and made your stomach warm right away. From the appetiser and the finely chopped celery to be added to the soup, we could see the 刀功of the chefs.Food was great and service was also excellent, which lived up to the Michelin standard.

昨晚訂了一間中式餐館好有特色💕創新川菜風味,更是奢華高質中菜!餐館都有不同中式川劇 、京劇頭飾、臉譜欣賞,裝潢設計富有中式特色,裝飾藝術格調,使人賞心悅目!水晶堂切垛子牛肉切薄片,精緻又獨特,我沾上辣椒粉來品嘗更有層次味道🌶️熗拌濰坊鮮蘿蔔皮店長說是來自山東濰坊蘿蔔,酸甜開胃湯品:松茸清湯雞豆花經過了重功夫的巧手靚湯,養生保健!魚籽醬烤鴨配煎餅切出片皮鴨,上面有魚子醬,底部有五穀雜糧煎餅,煎餅上更印有愛的字句😆💕烤鴨油香十足,煎餅一齊吃脆口香濃!成都青花椒毛血旺藤椒香微辣的湯底,有毛肚、鴨血、牛肉、午餐肉、鵝腸、薯粉等,份量豐富惹味!海捕大蝦燒膠洲白菜娃娃菜有蝦味又清甜,配上蝦肉滋味多汁慕斯大油條絕對是我見過最大條油炸鬼,同時是餐廳招牌料理,店員幫忙切件,配上腐乳慕斯或鳳梨慕斯一齊食極好食😋拇指生煎包用煎pan上枱香味四溢,粒粒食容易食又美味阿膠絲滑酸奶最後甜點都是好有風味, 酸奶配上阿膠中和酸度又滿足!

今日去咗位中環嘅星.south beauty食飯,餐廳主打八大菜系當中嘅川菜以及魯菜,更加係香港第一間魯菜餐廳,環境充滿傳統戲曲色彩,更有貴賓房提供,打造專屬嘅知己聚會場所熗拌濰坊鮮蘿蔔皮 作為前菜,呢款蘿蔔皮呈翠綠色,表面灑上白芝麻,口感清爽,帶有少許辣度堂切垛子牛肉 牛肉切得薄薄一片,師傅手勢好好,有啲似冰涼口感嘅牛肉乾咁,但入口即溶,加埋枱頭嘅辣椒粉,食落開胃松茸清湯雞豆花 清湯面頭有一朵好似雲朵狀嘅雞豆花,原來係雞胸肉整成蓉,望落去好似豆腐咁,松茸清湯鮮甜帶濃香,美味暖胃魚籽醬烤鴨配山東煎餅烤鴨用咗傳統嘅北京烤鴨做法,無論係鴨肉嘅色澤定係肉質都好還原,底下係一片薄薄嘅山東大煎餅,上面放有鴨肉,放上魚子醬,入口同時間食到香脆嘅煎餅加具油脂香嘅鴨肉鴨皮,口感豐富成都青花椒毛血旺 毛血旺用上青花椒,既辣且麻,加入鱔魚肉、豬肚、牛柏葉、牛肉、午餐肉、寬粉、鴨血&鵝腸等,滿滿一大盤,適合同人分享海捕大蝦燒膠洲白菜用上三大隻蝦切半,大蝦質地爽口彈牙,味道鮮甜,白菜吸飽蝦湯汁,但仍帶有爽脆口感慕斯大油條(腐乳慕斯 / 鳳梨慕斯) 想食巨無霸油條,喺呢度就有喇! 珍寶外形令人驚訝,口感酥脆美味,配搭上腐乳慕斯/鳳梨慕斯突顯油條嘅香口拇指生煎包生煎包整成拇指大細,望落精緻小巧,一啖一個,記得加埋醋同埋蒜片一齊食會更清爽阿膠絲滑酸奶酪酸奶酪口感順滑,配上香甜嘅阿膠,正好作為甜品結尾

我同朋友上個Weekend去左位於中環嘅星·South Beauty,原來呢間餐餐館係由米芝蓮餐廳《魯上魯》同《俏江南》一齊打造出嚟嘅高級食府。餐廳裝修高級優雅,而餸就主打傳統魯菜同創新嘅川菜風味。我就第一次食魯菜,非常期待!首先試咗兩個山東小食🥓堂切垛子牛肉- 係非常場薄嘅牛肉,味道鹹鹹地,好有鮮味燴拌濰坊蘿蔔皮🥒青蘿蔔- 青蘿蔔用特別醬料醃製,非常爽口,食落停唔到口,做開胃小菜一流!🥚松茸清湯雞豆花- 非常有松茸香味,而且豆花好滑,雞肉湯夠鮮味🦐海捕大蝦燒膠州白菜 - 大蝦夠新鮮,肉厚爽身,配上膠州大白菜,食落口感好fresh🍲鮮青椒毛血旺 $498- 麻辣辣度適中,非常惹味,而且食材豐富,有毛肚、鴨血、牛肉、寬粉、鮮筍、午餐肉(豬肉),肥腸同萵筍。🥖慕斯大油條(腐乳慕斯/鳳梨慕斯) - 我人生未見過咁大條油條,油條炸得非常脆身,再配合腐乳同鳳梨醬汁一齊食用,真係令人一試難忘!🧆拇指生煎包- 細細粒嘅生煎包非常精緻,餡料有味嘅鮮豬肉,一口一粒好意得!🌮魚子醬烤鴨山東煎餅- 估唔到咁細嘅一塊煎餅,食材都可以咁豐富,有北京填鴨、雜糧煎餅、魚子醬、脆蝦片、芝士同鵝肝,廚師真係超有心思!最後仲食咗個甜品🍵阿膠絲滑酸奶酪- 係我最鍾意嘅酸奶酪,為呢一餐豐富嘅佳餚,畫上完美嘅句號!最後不得不讚,餐廳所有員工服務態度非常之好,知道我哋系第一次食魯菜,仲用心講解每一道菜嘅食法,真係令人賓至如歸!👍
