假日到山頂逛逛，見到咖啡店便坐坐，很少見到這麼空曠且沒有人氣的分店，所以坐得非常舒服悠閑，更點了兩款新式飲品試試。左面是南瓜批忌廉冷萃咖啡，我建議要把咖啡混為一體才喝比較好，因最上層的南瓜批忌廉非常甜，味道普通沒什麼特別。氮氣冷萃咖啡 Nitro Cold Brew 名字很特別，這款咖啡是特選店舖才提供的，原理是把氮氣注入低溫慢速萃取的冷萃咖啡中，從而創造出綿密的泡沫，使氮氣冷萃咖啡口感如奶油般滑順，更自然甘甜。但我不太喜歡這個味道，只是點子取勝而已，試試也無妨。…Read More
