晚飯等一味餸嘅時間,怎樣才算合理?我不知道,對我而言,最好就係枱面keep 住有2-3道菜,熱辣辣香噴噴就好好遺憾,係呢間星小館,眼見只有5成入座率,但2小時也上不齊6道菜,追單追左4次,店長話唔知(其中有兩次係直接追店長),真係不知所謂到一個點!最後以長達2.5 小時,完成文昌雞半隻,清蒸海星斑(1斤),咕嚕肉,菜心苗,炒聖子(後加),椰汁糕,鮑魚。。。承惠$1900,食物質素普通,勝價比不高椰汁糕>呢個經典,招財麻雀十三么,做到個形狀似麻雀咁,味道還可以,但一上檯,原來D紅中,發財等等,係print 出黎貼上去。。。。。。唉,算吧啦!食完呢餐飯,懷孕的太太坐&等太耐,有D唔舒服,我食完仲好肚餓,仲要去食碗云吞麵!認真的,如果有躁狂,無乜耐性,對食物有要求,對服務質素有要求。。。嘅吃貨們,本人不建議光顧呢間食肆!由其是要招呼親朋好友,商業洽談晚宴等重要聚會,想成功就三思喇! continue reading

一次三個人的組合,一個到一家茶樓飲茶伏到爆的經歷。可能是茶樓地理位置的關係,午飯時候,也不難找到位子。奇怪之處是目測很多人都是叫碟頭飯,反而吃點心的不多。我們三人一於少理,勇闖秘境,一試虛實。先從茶杯開始說起:有別於一般茶杯,這款更像是淘寶的隔熱杯,這還不是問題;反而普洱茶只苦不香,熱度不足,失敗中的失敗。上桌時所有點心都是暖而不熱的,先扣了分。千島醬襯煎蘿蔔糕,不能說是對是錯,吊詭之處是蘿蔔糕吃不出亦找不到蘿蔔;無獨有偶,牛油果蝦雪茄也是完全的牛油果欠奉。手剁牛肉球超多靭粒顆要吐;蝦餃又小又不夠熱,浪費了金箔;潮州粉果就只食到花生;核桃包更是難吃,就似是硬生生塞了一舊忌廉甜包入口。少人叫點心的謎團終於解開了。 continue reading

食物好味,定價相宜,本來可以多來幾次,可惜被人硬搶走張枱 (詳情請看食評尾段),不會再來。先寫寫9月13日的食評,和媽媽2人來吃午餐(還是早茶時段,性價比高!),點了以下的:#普洱茶:濃淡適中,挺好喝的。#花生菜乾鹹豬骨粥:好大碗,鹹鮮的味道,好吃!#香煎蘿蔔糕:足料,好味!#京式菜肉包:多菜小肉,清淡之選。#蜂蜜小米糕:微甜,外皮煎得脆卜卜,內裏軟綿綿,非常好吃!我和媽媽都覺得食物好味,定價親民,9月24日(星期六),和其他家人一行4人再來吃午餐,生意好,要等位(等2張),正當排到我們時,有2位女士(熟客或管理層X嫂的朋友)到店,先同前台女店員“打招呼”,她們沒有拿號,然後戴眼睛1位男主管(應該是部長),和X嫂友人打了個眼息,她們就立即入座!我問前台女店員為什麼不給我們坐,她說那張是5、6人枱,我們只有4人,要再等等。但是,同一列枱(大小相同的圓枱),只有最近門口的1張坐了6個人,其餘都是坐4個人,根本就是公然搶枱給熟客(及其友人) continue reading
