舊式糖水店之足料喳咋！

和朋友在鰂魚涌食完晚飯後搵糖水食，搵到來西灣河。明記甜品的位置對於我們這些外區人來說並不當眼，店舖不在筲箕灣道那條電車路的兩旁，不過位置都算易找，多走一個街口就是了。很多甜品店的餐牌都是圖文並茂，吸引食客的眼球，而這裡的餐牌簡單而傳統的只有文字，好好的分門別類。除了西式甜品、台式甜品及中式甜品三大主要類別外，也分類出一些榴槤甜品、什果甜品、小丸子甜品等等。在裝潢及餐牌都有歷史感的糖水店，自自然然的想吃中式甜品。芒果喳咋黑糯米 ($41)，喳咋配椰奶，材料有紅豆、紅腰豆、眉豆、麥米、黑糯米等等，豆類煲煮得夠稔，卻又能保持口感，麥米有咬口，椰汁黑糯米好香。喳咋甜度適中，配上香甜的芒果，好吃又飽肚！鮮什果甘露 ($53)，見到有芒果和西瓜，配以爽口的柚子肉、煙韌珍珠、及大大粒西米 。同樣是大大碗的好足料，朋友幾乎吃不完。除了糖水外，明記甜品還供應果汁、沙冰、小食，以至即食麵餐都有。但這次晚飯後才來，就沒點小食吃啊～～ continue reading
