家人生日就來到了荃灣的一家樓上店吃潮州菜。雖然是樓上店,但是裝修風格跟傳統的大排檔差別不大。菜單上琳瑯滿目,有不同的小菜,還有套餐。我們一家四人點了一個 孖寶E餐。有蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦和翡翠炒龍躉球。一大盤的中蝦,分量很多,目測20半只左右,底面鋪滿了粉絲,粉絲吸收了蒜蓉的味道和蝦的鮮味,汁配白飯一絕。中蝦肉多,鹹鹹的十分入味。翡翠炒龍躉球,滿滿的一碟,擺盆吸引,青綠色的西蘭花,龍躉肉厚切,啖啖肉,魚肉味很鮮,吃個不停。一個孖寶E不飽,又加了一個蠔仔粥,新鮮蠔仔,不腥而且分量十足。潮州的粥煲起來有別於普通的粥,更加綿滑。整碗粥看起來蠔仔的分量比粥米更多,加點芫茜更加香濃。最後我們又加了一個滷水拼盤,滷水是潮州菜必不可少的菜品,有魷魚、鵝腸丶紅腸、大腸和芽菜。我最喜歡吃的是鵝腸和大腸,鵝腸一整條長長的,入口爽脆。大腸肥美,入口軟滑,這裏的滷水滷得很出色 。在香港,正宗有特色的大排檔不多,如果你喜歡吃潮州菜和小炒,這裏是一個不要錯過的選擇。Read More
