To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

街頭小食的代表作之一生菜魚肉，小人第一次食是在荔園前食的，多麼懷念！煎餃的肉餡乃是椰菜豬肉，餃子煎得好香，吃下與目測一樣，超級的脆！中間的椰菜與豬肉極之飽滿，況且充滿水份，濕潤有致，熱呼呼的一口大咬，小心燙口，不過一定爽快不已！生菜魚肉又如何呢？第一感覺魚肉超級的多，實淨但不會硬邦邦，魚味欠奉是意料中的事，但加有蔥香以及麻油，可以重現當年荔園的感覺！再進一步的是現今世代的生菜更為鮮美，翠綠鮮爽！喜見能夠重現昔日的街邊風味。 continue reading

    碗仔翅和生菜魚肉可算是真香港地道小食，雖然而家都唔算難找到有得吃，不過要揾好食真心難。唔係朋友介紹都唔知呢度有間好嘢。這裡就是典型地道小店，兩個人諗住樣樣都試下，叫咗：碗仔翅生菜魚肉煎鴛鴦餃子豬油渣麵碗仔翅調味唔錯，不過料較少，也可說不會太杰，不俗生菜魚肉肉質有咬口，勝過市面九成，特別加咗辣菜甫，味道更香，最愛煎餃子即吃即煎，熱辣香口豬油渣麵，略為遜色，麵可以但豬油渣不太好吃整體味道不錯，可以返食，缺點是份量較少但價錢偏貴～ continue reading
