來大埔,尤其是大埔墟,除了可以去街市熟食中心尋找美食之外,在大明四里內,也有足夠的美食來灌醉你。最簡單,最容易消化,而且基本上人人都會喜歡的,就是豆腐花。而大埔墟,曾經也是一個豆腐花的兵家必爭之地。當年的三家豆腐花 (現在只剩兩家),都是以『亞婆』做招牌的。原因就是,『亞婆』在自立門戶之前,曾經一家叫《果香林》的小食店打工,專做豆腐花,後來就再在最原始的位置分折出一間《舊果香林》出來。成就了三家美味豆腐花店的盛況。是日,人在大埔,人在大明里,想起豆腐花的我們,好自然就會想得到,《舊果香林》。最開心,都是站在街上,手拿著一碗豆腐花立食。尤其是夜晚,風涼水冷,人人圍著小店,吃熱的也好,吃凍的也好,吃上一碗中式糖水也好,都份外感風味十足。這一天,我手上的是一碗凍的豆腐花,雖是凍,但入口依然是香滑。來身有不太甜的糖水陪襯,食用時,再加上黃糖,感覺更加之香口。凍食已經非常之香滑,熱食就更加之滑溜溜啦。改日路過,我買了兩支豆漿慢慢在車上享用。我選擇了微甜的豆漿,以少少甜來帶出濃濃的豆香味。豆漿,不用花巧,不用多口味,只需要微微甜同濃豆香,就已經好好。豆腐又香又滑,已經是好好了。在大埔墟,我不太敢鐵定說那一家豆腐花比較好,只可以講給大家聽,兩家豆腐花店都要試一下。 continue reading

一到假日,好多朋友千里迢迢都慕名而來入黎大埔食阿婆豆腐花,但身為係大埔住足廿幾年土生土長既大埔友,我絕對更加推介呢間 阿婆豆腐花位於新街市路口果面,左右都係街市檔,成日都要係又逼又多人既環境下排曬龍,仲要好逼咁企係到拿拿臨咁食,而且阿婆豆腐花早收,晏少少去已經賣曬。雖然都好味既,但就有俾錢買難受既感覺而呢間不但只花款多啲,呢到可以有啲櫈仔可以坐係到慢慢食,同埋佢開到好夜,食完晚飯再過黎食碗做甜品就perfect池啦!咁食物最重要既係味道,個人覺得呢間既豆腐花係滑啲添架!個人推介花奶豆腐花 continue reading

環境:立食又好難比分既食物:😋😋😋😋😋態度:😊😊😊性價比:👍👍👍👍👍豆腐花:10/碗豆漿:10-12/支其實附近有一間食豆腐花好出名,出名到雜誌訪問,d人揸人入黎食。但我自己覺得,呢間先係最好食個間。佢係類似涼茶舖咁既舖位,所以5好期望可以坐得好舒服,只係有幾張膠櫈係到。佢完美在每一次食佢既豆腐花都係無渣!!我比較鍾情於佢既紅白,蓮子同紅豆煲得好淋,但又好清楚見到一粒粒紅豆,5會得返pat沙,我比較唔食得太甜,所以我覺得溝埋豆腐花甜度剛好,唔洗再落糖。佢既豆漿比另一間濃,重豆味,薏米豆漿既薏米唔會爛曬,又唔會未熟,所以我成日買無糖,低糖同薏米豆漿總括而言,我係不停回頭幫襯既,反而出名個間,我買過2次就收手了 continue reading

鋪頭都算買得專 ,主要都係黃豆製嘅豆漿、豆腐花同腐乳, 但豆腐花最多人食 。豆腐花本身靚, 滑不溜口, 所以配搭多種唔同嘅配料都好食, 又唔貴, 而且有凍有熱。 天氣凍咪食熱暖胃㗎, 所以幾時都啱食。我覺得冬天最好是薑汁熱豆腐花, 只係8蚊碗, 用又大又靚嘅雞公碗盛載, 黃糖隨意任加。怕攰又可以喺隔離紅色凳坐, 阿姐服務態度又好, 其實食得幾寫意, 值得經過都嚟坐下, 最重要係食一份情懷,趁有嘅時候好好珍惜, 免得冇咗先嚟後悔莫及。 continue reading
