Their signature 豚カツwas probably the best I have had tasted. The batter was flaky and crispy. The pork cutlet was juicy. The sauce was great (I have to guess it was made, not bought.) The 味噌汁 had chicken and vegetable , which was sweet and tasty. I will try to make this version @home definitely. The place was clean and with typical Japanese restaurant layout. Staff were friendly, and food arrived fast. If you arefirst time like I was , be aware that the cutlet at special discount value has a per day limit. Go early to get the special. 一於試下佢，我地冇訂到位，所以6點就過去搵位，好彩有位，都見到有好多日本人去食。簡左「華」沙律菜前菜，隻蝦炸到脆脆地，連殼食都得，好好食。
中間係八爪魚，最右係薯仔沙律三文魚同甜蝦刺身，好新鮮，好味

一咬下去口感非常香脆而且麵包槺炸的很鬆化，簡直是十級滿足！
御膳除了吉列豬，還有日本米飯、新鮮的椰菜絲 (可以自行加入芝麻醬)、很鮮甜香滑的日本蒸蛋
和超足料好喝的味噌湯！
之前從外觀看覺得有點伏味, 但原來日本朋友經常和手球隊隊友來吃shabushabu 於是便約了兩個朋友一試。這裡主要是賣吉列豬扒的，但亦有不小鍋物可供選擇，例如shabu shabu , 搏多牛腸鍋, 大阪辣雞鍋等等。 餐牌選擇不小, 蠻多下酒小吃, 亦有壽司和魚生。酒水選擇亦多。我很滿意。有一位朋友遲到, 所以先來一枝Ichigo 燒酌和些下酒菜: 鮭魚石狩漬和味噌魷魚。味噌魷魚和一般的鹽辛魷魚沒有分別, 所以肯定是翻譯錯了。 無論如何,這重口味的都是下酒佳品。印像中沒有吃過鮭魚石狩漬。 是鹽醃的三文魚絲, 三文魚茸拼魚子。口感很特別, 味道沒有魷魚那麼濃烈, 餸清酒應該很不錯。主食點了蘿蔔蓉吉列豬扒。不一會就到。 這裡的炸得非常乾身香口, 肉質既有鮮味,口感又鬆化, 配上蘿蔔蓉味道清新。大家都覺得這吉列豬扒比勝搏殿和とん吉還好, 真的頗為出人意表。 (忘了照相)しゃぶしゃぶ鍋的湯底有原味, 生薑, 辣味和豆乳 (亦有雙拼)。不想太熱氣, 所以點了豆乳, 3人前。鍋物每人有四片豬腩肉和四片豬肩肉一些蔬菜。蔬菜(生菜，金菇，紅蘿蔔，冬菇，豆乳和京蔥) 就好像分不清到底是兩人前或是三人前。五花腩肉片都蠻新鮮，配上鮮味的豆乳湯相得益彰，口感幼滑，完全沒有油膩感, 味道出奇地配合。豬肩肉肉味突出，口感不錯。份量看似不多，但其實已經很飽肚。如不夠可以追加肉，麵或白飯。三人連酒水每人$400多元，裝璜舒適時尚，服務殷勤，整體性價比很不錯-推介。
