每次去荃灣總會經過這間豆漿大王,今天想吃久違的雞蛋仔,終於一嚐這間古法雞蛋仔了!:)買的時候剛好店員在弄新的雞蛋仔,原以為店員在弄給其他顧客,怎知落單後不久她便拿給我們了,所以我和baka幸運地吃到新鮮出爐的原味雞蛋仔($14)。其實對古法二字沒有概念,感覺像是噱頭吧?其細小的蛋粒跟平時的雞蛋仔不同,從店員手中拿到新鮮出爐的雞蛋仔時還以為中伏了,怎知吃下才發現是另一種體驗!:)這裡的雞蛋仔無論大小、味道和質感都與平時吃的不同,蛋粒的質感有點像酒樓裡可以吃到叉燒菠蘿包的酥皮,很酥脆。:)而味道則較甜,有很香濃的蛋香味。意料之外好吃和特別!Read More

之前吃過幾次,都覺得水準很一般,但偏偏這個位置對我來說又太就腳,所以又來了。晚上還要吃飯,因只買了腸粉和燒賣,邊行邊食。魚蓉燒賣,味道不過不失,豬腸粉就好嚡,只靠勁多的三色醬去帶出味道。雞翼相對好一點,至少是香甜,肉不嚡口。真的要是填肚質素,若非肚子很餓,根本不會幫襯。Read More

八月中旬‧晴荃灣美食不少,在這裡周圍行,吃了不少東西。在隔離的德發吃了水準不錯的粟米瑤柱粥,行過這邊見有這間以豆漿掛帥的地方。本不以為然,但再看真卻發現原來這裡賣的食物也不少。當中有一味蜜汁燒雞翼的,又拿出十元買了一只。是雞全翼,非即燒只是在熱櫃中拿出來,但表面幾乾身,吃起來有蜜汁的香甜。雞肉也嫩滑,就句實在話,真不錯。正想多吃一只,但原來也關門了。見有好幾板雞蛋仔放在這邊的,下次就試試此品。Read More
