4月6日, 復活節假期開始, 又要再一早起身去拜山~ 約咗家人喺北角集合, 唯有喺附近醫醫肚先, 入咗嚟呢間連鎖式經營嘅茶餐廳新釗記~ 本身都知道佢地野食唔係咁好食, 不過唔想搵之下就入咗去, 被搵笨嘅開始…::: 雞翼煎蛋 + 沙牛麵 + 茶走 ::: $24煎雞翼只有一隻, 仲要好以發育不良咁, 味道雖然唔錯不過食唔到肉… 煎蛋亦都係一隻, 有流心黃都算係咁, 但係油咗d… 最大份嘅就係個提子包, 其他野食唔飽都好在有個咁大嘅包頂一頂肚, 味道普普通通咁啦, 翻叮貨. 沙牛麵個麵底睇都睇到好淋, 話就話好耐冇食過福字麵, 所以感覺唔太差, 但係用福麵又實在好似馬虎咗d. 濃濃嘅沙爹味雖然都係罐頭貨, 但係味道ok唔錯, 牛肉過淋以致冇咬口…茶走有好濃茶味, 但係奶嘅份量控制唔好, 落得太少, 飲唔到茶走嗰種煉奶香滑感, 差.::: 蛋牛治 + 凍咖啡 ::: $21 + $2大大話話都食過唔少地方嘅蛋牛治… 不過講難食呢度都算係數一數二! 白麵包係隔夜貨, 又乾又硬. 掀開塊包一睇, 個蛋牛餡有無得再寒酸d?! 成隻蛋煎得好乾, 乾得嚟又好油, 油得嚟個質地又好膠. 鹹牛肉一d都唔香, 份量亦好少, 成個三文治又乾又油又膠… 真係好差!凍咖啡啡味好淡, 淡得嚟澀, 整體好稀, 亦都係水準以下.整體真係幾搵笨, 本身都唔係好食, 價錢偏貴, 但係質素完全直線向下… 以後都唔會再嚟俾佢搵老襯.…Read More

HK Epicurus 這間新釗記真係難食到爆, 試嗰兩次後發誓唔再嚟... 同天后那邊那兩間差太完了....! 不過自從'阿叔'過了身後 我都無再去過那邊, 因稔起佢瓜前的那幾日,還碰到他係新釗記.. 唉... :)
