同朋友相聚。。。朋友揀左呢間小店。。。貪佢免開瓶。。(但要自帶杯及冰)先點個金磚豆腐。。豆腐炸得好香口。。。配上避風塘辣椒碎。。正貴妃雞。。因為吾想佢好濕。。要求走 芡汁。结果味道淡咗D。。但雞肉幾滑。。少肥。。南乳粗齋煲。。味道濃。。送飯一流臘味煲仔飯。。。飯香有飯焦。。臘味油香。。大少適中薑汁芥蘭。。薑味夠。。。但略嫌油咗D。。但有一樣野要留意。。店內有個別客人會🚬。。。你要包容得到。。至好去P.S. 該店只收現金。。記得帶cash continue reading

長假期節目係食完一餐又一餐,今次去食家鄉風味菜。菜館位於深水埗,靚修裝欠奉,唯一可取之處係招呼親切,餸菜好食,還充滿家鄉風味。不得不食的風味菜實在太多,可惜我哋六人食力有限,只食得8味:-【滷水乳鴿】招牌菜之一,唔食唔得。鴿肉滷得出色地入味,肉質嫩。【韮菜豬紅】啲豬紅好得! 唔係一咬就散晒嗰種,而係較結實,較爽口的一種,第度係食唔到的。【炒通菜】炒得翠綠,爽脆。【薑蔥炒蟹】依家唔當造,不過呢兩隻蟹都算有肉地,不過,啲薑蔥味就唔夠重。【客家醬鵝】又係一味家鄉風味菜。咪睇佢好似好油膩,其實食落一啲都唔覺㗎。鵝肉厚,醬味濃,好正!【欖角蒸邊魚】識食就會食兩斤重左右的,因為太細條會好多細骨,太大條啲肉就會太實,兩斤左右就至 good。用欖角來蒸,係至有風味的,欖角的香甜味會和邊魚的魚香混和一體,魚肉夠滑好鮮美。仲有大大舊魚春,入口即溶,香港地好難搵到有得食。【豉椒炒蜆米粉底】豉椒炒蜆係就係好多地方有得食,但係用煎香的米粉墊底就少見啲。米粉煎香咗係好有鑊氣嗰種,吸收埋豉椒蜆汁嗰種好食法,連炒蜆都要行埋一邊。【金磚豆腐】炸到金黃色,怪不得個菜名叫做金磚。外皮好香脆,裡面的豆腐仍然好軟滑。不過,雖然見到有好多炸蒜蓉和辣椒絲,但係呢啲味一啲都上唔到個外皮上面,有點失色。最後贈送【香芋西米露】,料都算足,但係唔夠香甜,水準之下。 continue reading

The food was very good and the service is also very good. They have  a good variation on the menu and it's quitecheap.  I really recommend this restaurant. The staff is very kind and they are glad to help you. 在深水埗區荔枝角道上這店似乎經歷了幾許風雨, 在於她遍歷風霜的外表上, 由大廈外牆維修被全包尼龍網至現在被解封, 入冬後見門口擺放了一堆做煲仔飯的道具, 對於我倆煲仔飯粉絲來說,實在甚具吸引力, 等了又等的冷鋒終於在12月中到來, 亦是我們出動的時候了, 是晚大約十五度, 晚上九點多店內客人不多,有一枱打邊爐, 我們選了:黃鱔煲仔飯 $50属於比較上貴的一款, 製作時間約20分鐘, 拿來時熱乎乎的,但因為是魚的關係魚的香氣並沒有太突出, 放上五分鐘後再開蓋淋上醬油, 醬油也沒有太霸度或者太甜口, 米飯剛剛好熟, 魚肉比較闊身件数都幾多下, 但原來黃鱔大條唔一定好重魚味, 相反印象中細條的更重魚味, 大條的只是”啖啖肉”, 如果可以落多一點薑效果理應更好,兩個人分享一煲仔飯都幾飽下,另一個小菜是: 運通小炒皇$65 價格在中間位, 同其他大排檔的小炒皇一樣, 主角是帶出香氣九菜花莖,乾蔥頭, 有咬口的炸腰果, 炸咸香蝦乾, 濃味小魷魚, 小量的紅椒絲帶出微辣, 兩個人食會覺得份量大了一點,食物整體質素不太差, 但客人一般都有吸煙習慣, 個別客人更會在廳面食煙, 介意的就不要進來, 因為現在大部份客人已經習慣了食緊飯唔聞煙味!其實店方應該考慮一下是否真的要反潮流? continue reading
