餐廳大大字推介鐵板冠軍扒餐, 標價四十多五十元, 餐廳有一半客人都會叫來吃, 令餐廳渾店都是鐵板與醬汁所交織出的嘶嘶醬汁煙霧熊媽還是對店稱「和味豉油」有好感, 細問下才知道此豉油同樣可作煲仔飯豉油, 既然如此, 應該都會有番兩道散手和味豉油汁雙併飯 $31, 可從漢堡扒、火腿、餐肉、煙肉、紅腸、腸仔 及 煎蛋, 另加餸每款加$4, 但另加豬扒、牛扒、雞扒、雞翼就每款加$10熊媽當然對最原始的豉油汁腸仔煎蛋最為傾心, 還要加多塊雞扒 雞扒唔大塊, 不過就煎到皮脆肉鬆, 肉就有鬆肉粉過所以食落肉質會是有少許浮；煎荷包蛋兩隻是有脆邊的, 蛋漿濃郁到帶甜味, 可稱為糖心, 是嗎? 香腸兩條被煎到焦焦的, 味道不似是雜牌貨, 食落好實在；豉油汁是特調的, 帶豉味但不過鹹, 而且還是甜甜地的呢熊爸就要豉油汁漢堡扒煎蛋, 還要加多塊牛扒；牛扒鬆得不太過份, 兼且用美極來調味, 食落有嚼頭；漢堡扒的味道似是豬牛混合肉扒, 始終是凍肉舖貨, 煎到香香的已很夠味；奇怪煎荷包蛋只得一隻, 難道善忘了? 招侍應生來問過究竟, 他走進廚房裏問, 後來解釋是因為成本原因, 按煎荷包蛋的量來抵銷兩塊漢堡扒的價錢來取平衡 真夠均真, 誰也不欠誰跟餐還包一杯熱飲呢!…Read More

Last Saturday, I went to Sham Shui Po to buy some computer's software and at that time, I felt very hungry and would like to have a 'pig liver' noodle. There was a very famous shop to have this kind of noodle but was full of people. I recalled comments from this restaurant that there were 'pig liver and kidney' noodle and I went for a try. They offered two soup bases and I took the Borscht soup for the 'pig liver and kidney' noodle. The pig liver and kidney were really fresh and they went well with this soup. I have come back Hong kong for a 3 weeks visit this time from San Francisco . Staying in hotel and always eat out. I have been missing my 老火湯 so much. a friend call me to meet at 深水涉 to find some computer stuff. and we have find this new win rest . wait about 3-5 mins to get seated. I think this is a new opening restaurant . we have order a few things , 老火排骨湯, tofu, shicha beef hot pot, chineses 腸保仔飯. 是多啤李骨, very tasty . also thier ice mike tea is so smooth. Whenever I travel back to Hong Kong, what I miss most is the 'Milk Tea' and the variety foods that offered by these restaurants.This is a new restaurant and has just opened for business. When I came to this restaurant, it was at dinner time and they were promoting their steak meals. I therefore ordered the sirloin steak with black pepper sauce which was served with sizzling hot plate. The aroma arouse my appetite immediately and the steak was tender and soft. The cost was unbelievable at HK$36.00. At this inflationary environment, this is really a bargain. This restaurant is spacious and its amenity is quite good as compared with nearby restaurants.
