To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚又冇飯開, 好想食大排檔可惜屋企樓下冇, 靈機一觸去咗觀塘『新匯聚餐廳小廚』, 多款鑊氣小炒, 打冷小食,總有一款啱~假日六點鐘左右, 已有不少顧客入座, 建議最好還是先book位~老闆親自招待客人, 有傾有講, 客人也自得其樂。餐廳冇茶芥, 但也有一壺滾水可以沖洗杯筷子。唔飲茶都有其他選擇。這杯鎮店特飲,鮮檸蜜梳打$20~ 清新嘅檸檬和花蜜香甜, 沒有糖漿糖水人造甜味, 配上有汽梳打,超爽呀!二人套餐相當抵食。蛋花粟米湯, 不會好鹹, 味道唔錯的~椒絲腐乳通菜,夠鑊氣! 那個腐乳醬汁濃郁惹味, 配襯爽嫩的通菜冇得頂!話梅骨店家招牌名菜。 話梅骨外皮炸得酥脆, 但入口不覺得油膩, 咬開有肉汁, 有嚼勁, 最喜歡連接在骨頭的筋位,用了話梅打成芡汁,厚薄適中, 微微酸更帶出排骨嘅鮮味~ 果然冇介紹錯~招牌清湯牛筋腩$120老闆話湯底加入北芪,黨參一同熬煮, 非一般清湯腩嘅湯底。 果然入囗濃郁清香,但唔會有好重的藥材味! 連牛腩嘅羶味和油份也撇除, 加上唐芹,香菇, 湯底濃而不膩👍😋牛筋腩炆到又腍又滑 ,好入味 , 好吃到不得了!!晚餐餸嘅甜品: 椰汁糕, 椰汁味香濃, 質地比較爽 , 作為跟餐飯後甜品超級滿足了!! continue reading

工廠大廈都會有穩世美食,今日難得同朋友出街食飯,找了一間出名小炒嘅餐廳。一入內食客滿滿,老闆同店員都好好禮貌,介紹我們餐廳的招牌菜,有熱辣辣煲仔菜、懷舊東坡肉、招牌話梅骨、脆皮乳鴿、蒜茸蒸大蟶子、大元貝等。另外在這疫情期間老闆好好,推出特惠套餐給食客,真的很有人情味。而我覺得其實好像款款都是他們的招牌菜。潮式蠔仔泡飯(細)一大碗可以分到四碗仔,材料很豐富有脹卜卜蠔仔,粒粒都好大隻飽滿又鮮甜,肉碎蒜粒蔥花很惹味。椒鹽九肚魚厚肉鮮甜炸得香脆,配上椒鹽金蒜一起吃特別滋味。招牌話梅骨每件話梅骨都掛上牆汁,肉質嫩滑比起平時吃的生炒骨口感味道都高層次一些。脆皮乳鴿皮脆肉嫩又甘香,鴿肉鮮甜惹味。吃完仲有甜品吃,椰汁馬荳糕雪凍來吃很香甜有椰香味配上馬荳好夾,吃完喉嚨好舒服,今餐真的好滿足。 continue reading

My family and I went to a Chinese restaurant called "新匯聚餐廳小廚" located in Flat 1, 1/F, Sing Win Factory Building, 15-17 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong(觀塘成業街15-17號成運工業大廈1樓1室)"Stir fried prawns with egg and red onion"滑蛋炒蝦仁配紅洋蔥HKD$128..The prawns are jumbo sizes.Springy, bouncy and generous portion!!..The scrambled egg is smooth and creamy. Not over seasoned nor too oily!!Very nice!..Value for money yet delish.Highly recommended!"Stir fried grouper with celery"翡翠炒班球HKD$178The celery is crunchy, fresh and green.The grouper is thick cut, flaky.Free bean pudding as sweet end of this dinner.All the dishes of this restaurant is relatively lower in salt nor high oil content. 週末去觀塘區做運動,之前先去新匯聚餐廳小廚吃飯。地點還算方便,只需走一層樓梯即可到達,免卻等候升降機之麻煩。食物選擇種類相當多,總能揀到心頭好。今天的選擇是芝士焗黑椒蜜薯牛仔粒。 可以選配焗飯或焗意大利粉,我選擇了後者。稍等一會,食物隨即預備好。味道整體不錯,擺盤也精美。芝士份量不會太多,不會太過油膩。薯仔名副其實是蜜薯,很甜而且很稔。牛仔粒幾大粒,很有咬口,不是偷工減料的用料。配合黑椒味道,更加香。意大利粉口感適中,偏向較有嚼勁的。餐飲是凍檸茶,少甜少冰,名副其實少甜得來,但又剛好把檸檬的苦澀蓋住,還真的不錯。 continue reading

觀塘放工時間周圍都多人,記得幾年前食過新匯聚都唔錯,所以今晚決左食呢間。炸乳鴿 $70老闆親自醃制,夠哂入味,平時出面食都係配醬油,呢度配酸汁,夠開胃。芝麻雞 半隻 $140每件雞件上都鋪滿了芝麻,每一啖都有芝麻香,食落非常香口,味道有點似新年食既笑口棗,雖然係炸過,但雞肉肉質亦唔會鞋。家鄉煎藕餅 $110明明係寫煎藕餅,但上碟竟然係炸😂共8個藕餅整整齊齊鋪上碟上,但呢個真係有驚喜,外皮唔會太厚,食落有蓮藕既爽口,中間既肉質有汁又嫩,配埋炸蒜一齊起夠哂香,好好味😋桃膠蓮子手磨杏仁露 $35呢個係必食之選,份量充足,杏仁露非常濃郁,重點係唔太甜,而且桃膠蓮子份量都好多,明明夠哂飽,但食完仲想食多碗😄。 continue reading
