和朋友在觀塘食晚飯,兩支公最適合在這種打冷小廚吃飯聊天。我們去的那天人不多,坐在餐廳的角落聊天非常舒服🍺總共叫了四個菜,一支啤酒和甜品,豉椒炒聖子很夠鑊氣,聖子也非常鮮甜,配飯或送酒都是一流🤩每次去大排檔都必定會叫椒鹽鮮魷,這裡的椒鹽鮮魷也沒有令人失望,外表香脆,魷魚新鮮,點淮鹽食非常正👍🏻金銀蛋Yin菜普普通通,味道算清淡,份量也尚可👌🏻最令人失望的就是這個「蠔餅」,不但因為等了接近一個小時才上菜,味道也是麻麻地,外表看似不錯但吃落去成口都是炸粉,沒有味道口感也非常奇怪,是很奇怪的烹飪方法,我和朋友只能把裡面的生蠔挑出來食👎🏻最後意猶未盡我們還叫了甜品,我叫了芝麻糊加糖心蛋,味道不過不失👌🏻整體而言食物味道可以,除蠔餅之外都令人滿意。但價錢偏貴,不會再幫襯😅

朋友在觀塘放工,說想食打冷野,就去了成業街行入小小的新匯聚打冷小廚。唔好睇佢地理位置比較隱蔽,哩間隱世小廚絕對可以食到鑊氣十足的地道風味小菜。 餐廳環境好大,基本上可以任選座位,而且地方乾淨整潔,比一般普通食打冷野既地方座得更舒適。 我地二人點了三個鎹,上菜速度極快,下單後約7-8分鐘已經上齊,完全滿足就快餓死的我們。避風塘蝦膠茄子,一碟有8件,用長碟一字排開,配上香口的椒鹽淋係上面,整個貌相絕對可以同酒樓相比。茄子外皮炸得好香脆,但肉質仍然好多汁,加上茄子上釀了蝦膠,令口感層次更加豐富,外脆內嫩。 紅燒豆腐貌相亦都幾精緻,用了西蘭花襯底,可以食多點蔬菜。豆腐外皮用了紅燒煮法,食落可口,而最重要係豆腐的肉質十分嫩滑,加上獻汁,味道一流! 砵酒焗美國桶蠔,侍應一打開個錫紙,已經聞到香噴噴的蠔味,每隻蠔有近手掌甘大,咬落啖啖都係肉,鮮味十足,而且加左好多洋蔥,完全沒有醒味,更為桶蠔加添鮮味,所以這道菜的份量同味道我都會比足十分! 差不多食完的時候,侍應竟然送左碟耶糕甜品比我地,原來哩到每日都會送唔同甜品,而且味道一點兒也不差,耶奶味好香,真是給了我一個驚喜!!

砵酒焗美國桶蠔,侍應一打開個錫紙,已經聞到香噴噴的蠔味,每隻蠔有近手掌甘大,咬落啖啖都係肉,鮮味十足,而且加左好多洋蔥,完全沒有醒味,更為桶蠔加添鮮味,所以這道菜的份量同味道我都會比足十分!

差不多食完的時候,侍應竟然送左碟耶糕甜品比我地,原來哩到每日都會送唔同甜品,而且味道一點兒也不差,耶奶味好香,真是給了我一個驚喜!!

今日去開APM間Apple出新電話,出完就開開心心同一班朋友黎左呢間係APM附近既打冷小菜館,一入到去都已經坐爆晒咁濟,相當熱鬧。一班朋友唔少得既當然係啤啤佢,坐低先嗌左四支藍妹開心下。之後就首先就叫左滷水拼盤,一句講晒,超入味!特別係佢個大腸,送兩碗飯都有凸。再黎一個椒鹽鮮魷,外脆內軟,鮮味十足,呢個我比滿分,因為坊間已經好少再可以食到D用料咁新鮮既椒鹽鮮魷。太多肉既關係,我地仲叫左個粉絲雜菜煲中和一下,都相當出色,菜唔會太老!去開觀塘行街或者係觀塘附近番工番學既朋友,我非常建議你地黎呢間新匯聚打冷小廚試一下!
