黎到美孚要搵野食 其實美孚都唔算多野食 所以都要搵一搵 見平台有呢間上海野所以就去試下啦點了 嫰雞煨麵。不過去到過左農曆假期都未有set 所以就點呢個試下就算點知有啲失望了。呢個麵份量唔算太多,而且雞既份量都唔算多,食過其他都會比呢個份量多啲 所以真係比較一般。另外呢個麵真係比較林,雖然煨麵但感覺真係太林了, 口感唔算太好。環境方面都唔算迫唔會坐到貼埋隔離枱咁。整體黎講。。。因為無套餐關係, 所以就點左個麵就算了。

傳统老字號的上海菜館,近年巳買小見小,而這間傳統簡樸,面積也不算小的上海菜館,簡直係碩果僅存,遇上它有些相逢恨晚的感覺,安全是兒時回憶的感覺。套餐有四位用,半席,一席選擇,專做街坊生意散點餐纸*午市經濟客飯/*商務套餐一至五餸選擇 ****午市經濟客飯***--回鍋肉-- $48(菜飯加$2)仲奉上一壺免費香茶抵食夾大碟,料足菜和豬肉的份量超多,仲有乾豆腐。再加埋菜飯,好味道--菜飯--飯粒,菜粒分明,口感乾身--例湯--湯料係冬瓜,豬骨,薏米,味道絕對交足貸,不是淡而無味

停擺咗3年嘅「細胞小組」活動,卒之因防疫措施放寬而成事,大家都經歷艱難嘅日子,自然更想出嚟聚一聚。選咗美孚平台嘅「新上海飯店」,雖然小弟喺美孚街坊,但今次唔喺我主意,不過,呢間上海飯店上手就幫襯過,據聞喺子承父業,我就無深究,但轉咗手就未試過喇。依家市況大致回復,所以,星期六晚嚟到,睇到近9乘滿,好多都喺家庭客添。裝修上就比較老派,平平實實,因為美孚大部份餐廳都喺做區內客生意,尤其平台上面添,甚少區外客專登走嚟。食物選擇,一大張點菜紙底面兩頁就喺餐牌,都喺見慣見熟嘅上海菜,雖然店名叫「新上海」,但賣嘅都喺傳統滬菜,無咩花巧嘢。茗茶收$3位,平日全日都唔收加一,喺星期六、日、假期晚市先收加一,算喺實惠。另外,仲有啲套餐餐牌,分4人、10人、12人,屬全包宴,已包茗茶及加一,店主亦強力「推介」,不過,個人覺得好似唔太抵,都喺散叫就算。美味燻魚 $72先嚟一道前菜,不過,有別往常所食嘅燻魚,以往食到嘅,全喺唔會有醬汁,都喺乾身嘅燻魚,但呢碟就加咗汁醬上面,但話時話,作為前菜,佢嘅份量都幾大碟。講番啲燻魚,肉質挺身而具咬口,有嚼頭,入口帶幽幽煙燻香味,唔算好強,感覺適中,加咗汁醬就啱啲唔喜歡吃得太乾嘅客人。小籠包 $42嚟食上海菜,都比較少唔嗌小籠包,除咗好食,亦喺幾試到師傅手勢嘅滬式點心。外觀上,摺紋就唔算好靚好平均,但外皮搓得夠晒薄,咬開就見裡面有好多湯汁,肉質鬆化,食落唔覺太多肥豬肉,都算得上有水準。 菜肉雲吞 $58紅油抄手喺另一款出名嘅滬式點心,不過,同枱絕大部人都唔嗜辣,改為點咗一客菜肉雲吞。無正式數,但一客好似有6隻,啱啱好平均分唔使爭,粒粒包得好豐滿,填滿晒菜肉,啲菜刴得細碎,口感不俗,加上湯頭香濃鮮甜,所以,有得食又有得飲。 上海酸辣湯 $78要一窩就夠晒我哋分,其實,都好耐無飲過酸辣湯。成品都唔錯,質感唔會太稀,又無話太餬;味道酸酸辣辣,唔會太嗆喉,加上湯內好多料,木耳呀、筍絲呀……總之用料十足。蒸銀絲卷 $26有人鍾意食炸嘅,有人鍾意食蒸,同枱較多老友喜歡後者,貪佢軟軟熟熟,口感極之鬆軟,又唔黏牙,沾啲酸辣湯一齊食,更加正呀。 西芹鮮魷 $85呢個明顯喺一道粵菜啦,做法都喺,純粹大家啱食啲,所以,揀番道海鮮菜式。西芹好爽口,鮮魷就好柔嫩,亦好夠份量,但就嫌個茨汁比較餬身,影響咗少少口感。 黑醋骨 $80賣相黑黑沉沉,感覺就唔搶眼,但就絕對喺真人不露相,個糖醋汁調校得非常之好,嗰份黑醋嘅香味好沉實、好醇和,酸香微甜唔會有嗆喉感,好有上海菜濃油赤醬嘅特色;而肉排大大件夠厚肉,肉質又鬆化喎,非常好食,喺是晚推介嘅菜式。 韮黃肉絲炒粗麵 $68 最後嚟一碟亦富上海菜特色嘅炒粗麵,簡單只以韮黃同肉絲炒,再加啲銀芽,所以,食落口有陣陣爽爽哋,但同樣喺好好食,再者,啲麵條好有咬口,真心唔錯。 仲有樣嘢值得讚,我哋順便買個蛋糕為其中一位組員慶生日,但店家唔收切餅費,仲拎啲新碟同叉俾我哋用,喺咪抵讚呢!故此,服務一環加多佢少少分。一班組員,經過3年再聚,感覺喺既熟悉,又有份新鮮感。希望疫情漸趨平穩,大家就可以再聚多啲,搞吓其他活動。

比較貼題是「港式上海」。地方菜來到本埠一般都被同化,兼且此店落入小城九龍區入面的美孚小區。放下了老上海的濃郁地方風味,迎來是合港人較清淡健康主義之口味。又一間「高級」餐廳——美孚站A出口右轉拾廿級階級而上,達平台,步伐一直向入延伸,中庭位置附近停下。上海舖,一則少去,二則市面已賣少見少(集團式不計入內),點菜都摒棄大膽創意,返璞點心目中部分經典上海菜清單:花雕醉雞半隻$128,花雕酒已然浸潤切雞,吃起有醒腦酒香,雞肥膏不多,如想吃雞皮與雞肉之間的夾層啫喱層恐要失望,只得在較多骨膠原諸如雞搥末端筋位附近稍稍找到蹤影,總體像有酒味的切雞。小籠包4隻$44,令我有點迷思,已是用曾經有人教曉以筷子🥢夾頂端尖頂位置之方法以防穿皮,但是次接連三件用陰力一夾,還是黐底皮穿😑,失卻灌湯之小籠包本就失色,加上豬肉餡略呈鬆散,豬肉味不足。韮黃鱔糊$138鱔肉比例頗多,調味和一般上海館子分別不大,沒有漏掉的去骨。兩麵食:擔擔麵$44也不比出名的擔擔麵專門店差太遠,肉鬆花生碎不多,麵滑彈牙,尚且有擔擔麵神髓。據說上海沒粗炒,是兩面黃炒麵來港後的變奏。此上海炒粗麵7成椰菜白菜3成肉絲,做到汁燒效果不油膩。免加一,實價亦低廉,無負擔。上海老饕或會覺味道到喉不到肺,然而作為本地人沾些邊兒吃些小館「儂」家菜可稱達標。

We were in Mei Foo to browse the handicraft market nearby. It was getting late and not really wanting to be stuck with McDonald's, we decided to look around and see what was popular with the residents in the area. That is when we found 新上海飯店 (no English name). It served Shanghainese food and the place was packed!Menu is in Chinese only. There is no English menu and no 10% service charge. You check off what you want on the paper menu and pay on your way out. The food here is not fancy or modern. Just old school Shanghainese.Xiao Long Bao ($42) were quite good. Thin skin and not the really old school style of a thick skin. The pork filling was juicy and and there was a lot of savory soup inside.Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs ($78) were ok. These tasted more like the black vinegar one so I'm wondering if they gave us the wrong one? But the meat on the ribs were still tender.Shanghainese Stir Fry Noodles ($62) were a bit disappointing. Mostly cabbage with a few pieces of baby bok choy that was still under cooked so it tasted like grass. Not a lot of meat as well. It was mostly noodles and not too well seasoned.Tan Tan Noodles ($42) were also disappointing. Super spicy but the noodles were clumped together and over cooked.Food was cheap but not that great. Some items were ok while others were not. Not really worth a find if you don't live in this area.
