十幾年前,同學仔帶我去慈雲山,第一次食炸蛋,一試難忘,平平無奇嘅魚旦炸到硬過石頭,但係口感好新奇,個辣汁仲好好食添~~~今日再約朋友仔一齊去慈雲山行下食下野,懷念一下以前讀書嘅時候。小食店喺個唔太起眼嘅位置,舖頭細細,坐位唔多,所以每次都要等一陣先有位。今次叫咗炸蛋、魚肉翅加豬豬同墨鬚,咁多年,味道都無變👍🏻炸蛋都係一樣好食,但係就唔夠老~魚肉翅好足料,墨鬚個醬汁辣辣地同甜甜地,好夾呀~~最近收到消息話小店在1月底結束,覺得非常可惜😢希望會有有心人頂手啦! continue reading

小食館係我二十幾年前由小六食到中五畢業既地方,大家知道老闆將會榮休一月尾結業都好唔捨得!人潮不斷!連久未露面既老闆都要親自落場,老闆說係平日生意既4倍!所以約番中學時既飯腳一齊去懷緬一下,事前明知無得賣炸老旦,炸老柴,汽水,即「聯合國」(將幾種汽水溝埋一齊)都唔會有,因為炸唔切,汽都打唔切。雖然有點可惜,不過都無損我地既心情^^一行六人,等咗半個鐘左右,終於等到啦,仲可以坐係老闆水吧前既坐位,超開心!先黎豆腐花,其實係蜜瓜味既大菜糕黎既,唔好誤會呀,亦係特色之一。再order咗雜錦(即豬皮,蘿蔔,豬紅),炸旦,炸紅腸,炸魚餅,墨鬚,公翅(即碗仔翅撈公仔麵),翅針(即碗仔翅撈銀針粉), 翅撈大腸加豬紅,生菜魚肉,另外記得一定要叫多碟沙嗲醬,因為係自己炒㗎!我叫既翅撈大腸加豬紅好大碗,呢度既翅腸豬紅好好食,絕無偷工減料無溝水,真正既平民美食!最後6個人食咗$360,真係勁飽勁滿足。好想再去食… continue reading

兒時回憶。其實我帶過好多人黎食 反應都是好一般。覺得點解會食埋d咁唔健康既野。哈哈 但是中學讀左七年 食足七年 真是好有感情。每次必食 老蛋和老柴。其實只係將魚蛋同腸仔炸到好熟 外面脆脆硬硬。口感好特別。粉仔亦是至愛 銀針粉配上蔥 冬菜冬菇 簡簡單單 街坊味道。雞翼尖 我一次可以食兩三碟 煮得好入味。什錦 有蘿蔔豬紅豬皮生菜 重點係配上佢地秘製沙爹汁。正。每次黎 都必飲聯合國一杯。其實只是將唔同味道的汽水撈埋做一杯。其實煮法同食物 真是好普通 但我始終定時定候會黎懷緬一下。 continue reading

慈雲山,除咗睇烈火雄心聽過佢個名外,對呢個「國度」可謂一無所知,今次有朋友帶路,拓寬自己嘅尋味地圖!第一站有 「慈雲山小食館」!首先有重口味嘅「牛腩加豬大腸」,已炆至稔身嘅牛腩好入味,入口肉質鬆軟,食唔停口,夾埋個腸大腸,超惹味,個味如果可以配埋碗白飯就一流!炸魚蛋,比想像中平凡,係炸得好香口,但內部水份收乾,食落口有啲太dry⋯⋯ continue reading

網上見到碗仔翅入面有麵食, 可以加公仔麵, 粗麵, 河, 米......茶記有既麵食.幾特別, 一次又試到2樣野, 而且仲好飽肚. 即刻約朋友仔去試啦.碗仔翅公仔麵 , 什錦, 炸老蛋 ($48) :碗仔翅做得幾好, 甘夜去, 都唔會過咸, 又唔會太杰身. (因為有d由朝煲到晚, 味道會變得好濃).因為我都好怕太咸, 太糊仔既口感. 香姑同粉絲比較多, 有少少肉絲. 味道好正宗, 平時既碗仔翅味.加左公仔麵. 大大碗 $20, 夠哂飽肚. 公仔麵煮得岩岩好, 硬身少少個隻, 連埋d 碗仔翅食. 湯底都慳返.好特別, 而且好好味.什錦 有豬皮, 豬紅, 生菜, 蘿蔔. 由於我食唔到太辣, 所以沙嗲另上. 沙嗲好香而且唔算好辣.豬紅好味, 而且唔算太味精. 豬皮同蘿蔔 都好入味. 蘿蔔好甜好多汁, 有少少根.炸老蛋 未見過又未聽過. 原來係炸左比較耐既魚蛋. 炸到好透, 直頭冇左彈牙肉質甘. 食入口係, 香脆爆d油出黎. 我本人就唔中意, 友人推介佢又中意. 我唔識欣賞.不過另外有炸蛋, 炸魚蛋黎既, 會有返魚蛋既彈牙肉質感個款. continue reading
