終於來一試愛文生,估唔到,真係估唔到可以咁難食。兩個人叫咗椒鹽九肚魚,咕嚕肉,同埋小炒王,小弟認為呢三樣係大排檔嘅指標性食物,雖然幾乎所有大排檔都有呢三樣小菜,但係咁就可以最容易比較。椒鹽九肚魚拎上嚟竟然唔熱,啲魚又少肉亦都炸到乾晒,入面完全食唔到九肚魚應有嘅嫩滑,因為根本就乾晒,成碟就好似食緊一碟炸粉漿,入面冇底味,外面亦都冇味。咕嚕肉,外觀OK,但係粉漿超厚而且又硬又韌,舊肉超乾又冇底味,好似雪咗好耐而且再返炸,今次真係大開眼界竟然有大排檔做到咁差嘅咕嚕肉,老實講兩餸飯嘅咕嚕肉好食過佢多多聲。小炒王,成晚三碟之中稍為正常嘅一碟,偏鹹但,冇鑊氣,碟嘢仲偏濕添。深水埗區嘅小菜館,例如萬發,容記,增輝,小菜王,佢哋各有特色、好壞。但今次呢間真係差到一個點,連呢三樣嘢都整得唔好,你都唔使旨意我會再嚟食,唔好同我講話我唔識點餸。點解仲有咁多人去幫襯?真係令人唏噓!

✨菠萝咕噜肉✨这个真的必点,肉很大块,上桌时外面还是脆脆的,里面的肉很嫩很多汁,酸酸甜甜超好吃。菠萝很很软甜。
✨咸蛋黄虾✨这个也是必点,虾很新鲜很弹牙,加上蛋黄酱真的香爆炸了。
✨干炒牛河✨这个也不错,很有锅气,不油腻,但我觉得盐的调味可以再加强。

Food wise, nothing beats the flavor coming from the wok and the huge flames. Make sure to go with friends or family so that you can order and try different dishes.

The bamboo clams are fresh and savory. You can definitely smell the wok hey.

The beef potato is so addicting. Beef is tender and the potato is crusty on the outside but soft inside. They use black pepper sauce for this dish.

The sauted vegetable (小炒王) is something we never had before coming to HK and this has becoming our favorite! Inside you can find dried shrimps, cashews, and squid.

The deep fried squid is soft and crispy. It is not too salty.

The salted fish minced pork eggplant goes well with rice.

#愛文生 this name is orignated from edison, edwinson. a name full of uk style. believe its from old hk.so many ppl queue up at friday night. becos is michin named. very famous one.i come at 7pm. took a ticket and wait until 8pm to get in.food here come fast. ppl go fast.i believe their food quality is good. if they cook it slower.taste is fine but too hurry.❌ fried squid, the flour skin is not completely cover the squid. shattered around. and the chilly salt is just spread on it, didnt mix well.

i believe their food quality is good. if they cook it slower.

taste is fine but too hurry.
❌ fried squid, the flour skin is not completely cover the squid. shattered around. and the chilly salt is just spread on it, didnt mix well. they can do it better....

❌soy bean fried shells. a bit too spicy. portion small.

✅potato fried beef. not enuf time for potato fries. their skin is not crispy enuf. 萬發 is better.

✅pepper pork arm. steam salted arm on hot plate of pepper juice. yummy. the best.


overall i would not come back. just eating fame.
