同朋友去咗隱世小館吃了高質中式菜 ,呢間小館係在繁華尖沙咀區,路過見到都未必會察覺到,係朋友吃過好吃介紹麼的,小館主打大排檔特式風味。我哋叫了一款小吃,六款菜式同一款湯,全部都整得好出色,大家都食到舔舔脷同埋吃到師傅用心製作,呢度無收加一服務費,但服務非常滿意👍。話梅小蕃茄🥢 $88 好清新酸酸甜甜的話梅小蕃茄。荷塘煎藕餅 🥢 $128 好惹味的煎藕餅,仲食到粒粒蓮藕,好吃。酥炸班球🥢 $238又酥脆又好食的炸班球,魚又juicy 又彈牙,食得出魚鮮味。 宮廷秘製冰梅骨🥢 $158 有驚喜的冰梅骨,肉質鮮嫩入口即化,醬汁又調味得剛剛好,非常好吃😋,推薦大家必叫之選。胡椒豬肚煮花甲皇🥢 $238很香胡椒味道,花甲皇又大隻又鮮甜又美味,加埋豬肚同胡椒湯一齊飲,好正,飲完好暖胃。30 年陳皮蒸指天翅🥢 $402尼個🐟蒸指天翅蒸得剛剛好,魚肉鮮味好滑又彈牙,魚皮平時我麻麻地,但整得好好食,好彈牙,朋友話滿滿骨膠原。薑蔥火腩生蠔🦪煲🥢 $298超級大隻潮汕🦪好肥美,配埋薑蔥火腩一齊食好惹味。生炒糯米飯🥢 $168 粒粒生炒糯米飯,軟硬適中,炒得又亁身,好吃。食完仲有生果拼盤送,抵讚。 continue reading

因為朋友食過一次之後,然後再連續去了2晚,所以很好奇是否真的這麼好食。之後有朋友生日就排了到這間慶祝,佢位置非常方便在漆咸道南中段,但冷氣就真係唔夠凍。食物方面,Overall 質素係中上,尤其係個燒雞真係好好食,皮脆肉滑兼多汁,必食。個蠔食倒係好新鮮,但可能overcook左,有d韌。個蟹係好惹味,但感覺就有d普通,所以下次會試d出面無嘅菜式。佢哋menu 上有好多出面唔會有嘅菜式,所以期望下次再試。價錢方面中間,如果唔計請朋友生日,約$500個頭。。。叫了5個送,有2個唔記得影。。。不過只係菜同小食。 continue reading

今個月同7月份生日的寶寶慶祝生日,有朋友建議去志成小館食,見菜式食評等都唔錯,就決定嚟呢度慶祝。我地叫咗8樣菜式,味道各有特色,蝦多士、豉汁炒鵝腸、花膠杏汁燉白肺湯都幾出色。蝦多士第一碟上菜係呢個蝦多士,呢道菜式好多地方都有,但講好食,志成係No. 1。佢個多士夠鬆脆,蝦亦好彈牙,而且唔油膩。平時我好怕食蝦多士係肥淋淋兼個多士好硬,好易鎅損口,志成嘅蝦多士克服我我對呢道菜式嘅壞印象,值得一試。豉汁炒鵝腸好少有一碟鵝腸係冇加上大量芽菜响底,志成嘅豉汁炒鵝腸值99分,扣咗果一分係我唔太好一啲肥糕。整體佢嘅鵝腸算大條同爽脆,雖然佢用豉汁炒,亦冇影響到鵝腸嘅香味,鍾意食鵝腸嘅朋友一定要試。宮廷秘制冰梅骨初時以為呢個係冷盤嚟,同埋應該都係啲普通排骨,嚟到係熱食,仲要個肉係大大塊,真係估佢唔到。宮廷秘制冰梅骨嘅冰梅醬,酸酸地,配上肉比骨更多嘅「排骨」,尤其响咁熱嘅天氣,酸酸甜甜令人胃口大開。花膠杏汁燉白肺呢個自己係唔會煮嘅湯,製作過程太過麻煩,出去飲就最好。豬肺係最難洗,但佢洗得好乾淨,而且口感好滑,唔會煲到柴咗。每碗湯都有一舊花膠、一件豬肺,湯味濃郁,同時亦飲得出杏汁嘅香氣,鍾意飲湯嘅朋友可以一試。豉汁蒸爽鱔第二款豉汁嘅菜式,感覺比鵝腸嘅味道更濃,相信係豆豉帶出更濃郁嘅味道,對我嚟講會稍為偏咸一啲;另外係魚肉唔算話係爽脆,雖然對味道影響不大,但變得唔完美。水煮龍躉斑球上菜時都「嘩」聲,估唔到係咁大盆。味精方面,麻味十足,起初食魚時唔覺得佢好辣,但到食啲米線時,啲辣味係慢慢咁滲出嚟。整體上係唔錯,如果魚可以多一、兩舊會開心啲。另外係米線可以轉冬粉呢啲就更正。招牌當紅炸子雞相信炸子雞係比較難處理同控制火喉嘅菜式,呢度嘅炸子雞嘅雞肉好嫩同有雞味,我刻意揀啲下欄位食,竟然都係滑嘅。不過可惜嘅係,佢個皮唔夠脆,我都知要做到外脆肉質嫩係好難做到,曾經食過最正嘅炸子雞,唯一一間做到外脆肉質嫩,竟然係一間公司嘅員工飯堂。黑胡椒牛油蝦球炒粉絲我幾鍾意佢滿滿嘅蝦球,粉絲亦都好入味,加上黑胡椒帶出唔好停嘅感覺,雖然食咗好多嘢都好飽,但都冇因為飽而令我放棄佢。呢個菜式有個建議嘅係,加啲綠色嘅裝飾,蔥又好、莞茜都好,家下就咁望落去就唔會覺得值呢個價錢。最後嘅果盤,完成美好嘅一餐。我覺得可以再嚟試其他菜式,我見到隔離枱叫啲餸擺盆好靚好特別咁。雖然睇落佢個價格有啲進取,但睇得出佢哋係用心都做呢啲菜式,甚至有驚喜。 continue reading

臨時飯局撞正星期五,唔知食乜好,記得近尖東這間小菜館,去到發現已轉手,老闆話已經3個月了。在推介下點了招牌炸子雞,我哋還點了上湯豆苗及啤酒!那款招牌炸子雞,皮脆肉嫰,係冇介紹錯嘅,半隻$298 都算貴;而豆苗都ok, 份量大,有雜菇;服務ok嘅,自動加茶水,又冇限時間。小插曲,幫我地倒啤酒,發現隻杯裂左,酒連杯掉咗,話補番支啤酒比我地,不過後來我同朋友都飽了,冇問佢地要番支啤酒,買單後發現原來冇收我哋支啤酒錢! continue reading
