作為一個潮州人出街食潮州嘢係非常之普通嘅一件事今日黎到呢間食晒字嘅心夜來潮就叫佢幾味招牌潮洲菜黎試一試黎到嘅時候都係六點半左右未算係好多客人胡椒豬肚湯係平時喺屋企都會食到嘅湯屋企煮嘅時候會落咸菜佢就用左白蘿蔔感覺冇咁熱氣同埋更加入味胡椒味亦都好夠食返幾味鹵味就梗架啦因為只係兩個人黎食只係叫左個雙拼-豬耳同豆腐份量都唔錯呀見到menu幅相就忍唔住要叫嘅炒飯黑松露味好夠但係咸蛋黃略嫌少左少少(但咸蛋白係多嘅)最後係熱氣之最嘅蠔餅!食蠔餅最驚成舊粉食落口佢就唔會喇啖啖都有蠔咁制十分足料嘅一味餸! continue reading

深夜來潮,總會有時侯係好想打下冷食下小炒。打冷首選緊係蠔餅 $86份量好夠,蠔仔都好多。最緊要係炸到成個都脆卜卜!連中間位都脆唔係腍架😋醬滷鵝腸 $58每條腸都肥嘟嘟,每啖都食緊一堆脂肪咁,不過夠邪惡夠爽,碟底有成堆芽菜平衡返~茄子豆角醬炒豬頸肉 $88一上枱已經好香,好夠鑊氣,茄子腍腍地好入味,豆角仲保持到爽脆!豬頸肉冇得彈呀,每一舊都大大舊,入口油脂爆發,配白飯一流!泰椒啫娃娃菜 $68好似好少會係食娃娃菜煲,平時都係通菜呀芥蘭咁,點知原來娃娃菜先係大佬級呀!每條菜都索哂辣汁,直程好似打邊爐咁,依個大推!砂鍋卜卜蜆煲 $168一上枱心諗,點食得哂呀!!每一隻蜆都好大,同我地認知既卜卜蜆好唔同,而且幾乎冇乜冇開殼既蜆!除咗蜆仲有好多粉絲係底,同埋粟米、金菇、蔥、等等嘅蔬菜,好抵食!不過重點係個湯,個湯十分清甜,當全餐都係比較重口味,油膩感十足,飲返碗清湯即刻解晒漏,又可以再食過!呢度位置好就腳方便,而且裝修同座位都舒適,同一般打冷店係比較麻甩嘅形象好唔同,唯一唔好係當晚冷氣比較大。但當你深夜突然想食個蠔餅,炒個蜆,依到係不二之選。 continue reading

旺角區有好多唔同種類食肆但同媽媽食晚餐,都係要選擇番中菜穩陣D今晚決定同佢試試潮州菜式雖然只是閒日,但晚飯時段已經坐滿哂人好彩我地比較早到食得潮州菜當然要食鹵水點左份醬鹵六小碟有豬耳仔、豬大腸、豬腩肉、豆腐、紅腸同豬脷,可以一次過可試哂唔同口味而白果胡椒豬肚湯,豬肚食都出好新鮮,口感爽口有淡淡鮮味,而且胡椒味好濃郁飲完有暖胃既效果另外點選了黑松露鹹蛋啫煲飯用上啫煲,可保持飯既熱度而且炒飯粒粒分明而黑松露鹹蛋更加令炒飯十分香口十分惹味薑酒啫芥蘭芥蘭新鮮,只用上較嫩滑既部份食落唔會有渣, 非常好味薑酒更令芥蘭香氣撲鼻而呢度餸菜比較大份,抵食,下次可以再來 continue reading
