同成班朋友食飯, 淨係諗食咩,成日都諗到頭都大埋,咁啱見到網上有人介紹旺角嘅呢一間心夜來潮, 評價都似乎唔錯, 一於去試下。非常多選擇,樣樣都好想試,真係好苦惱。見到每枱客都有嗌嘅醬滷鵝腸,食落非常肥美,醬汁香濃,但係唔會太鹹,而且鵝腸好 爽脆 ,非常新鮮。打冷當然要叫鴨蛋炸蠔餅啦,呢度嘅蠔餅都相當出色,炸得啱啱好,唔會太油膩,而且每粒蠔仔都好大粒,非常肥美鮮味。我哋仲叫咗個卜卜蜆煲,每粒花甲都好大隻 ,每隻都大過個五蚊銀 ,肉質鮮甜, 湯底就用咗粟米粉絲芹菜等等, 加埋蜆嘅甜味 ,令個湯都好好飲, 忍唔住清曬啲湯。而呢一個原隻土窯手撕雞,係即叫即蒸 ,用咗荷葉包實原隻雞,雞肉鮮嫩肥美 ,好香嘅香料味,撈飯一 底 流。主食方面,我哋就叫咗呢一個沙鍋潮州粥,可以選擇唔同嘅配料,加入粥底。我哋就選擇咗肉蟹鮮蝦同咸豬骨, 肉蟹非常多膏, 肉質好甜 ,蟹膏融入粥底,令到個粥底變得金黃色,而且鮮蝦都非常彈牙爽口, 加埋鮮甜嘅粥,令人忍唔住一碗接一碗咁食。成餐 都食得好豐富好飽,不過圍返都係每人二百蚊鬆啲, 以旺角嚟講,仲食到咁多海鮮,呢個價錢都幾抵食。 continue reading

好耐之前黎過, 仲記得果次係同爸爸媽媽黎食潮州粥, 今次轉轉角色同男朋友黎, 因為只有2個人關係, 冇叫到潮州粥, 點左幾個小菜。本身係食潮州菜, 不過可能因為宜家轉左模式, 好多人上黎食都係食海鮮任食, 所以好多潮州菜式都冇左, 海鮮$199配菜任食2小時, 不過因為我地食得唔多, 最後冇吃到雖然係食小菜, 不過呢度野食既水準真心唔錯! 價錢唔貴又到位, 而且野食都唔錯醬鹵鵝腸 $58黎得食潮州野點都要叫返個鹵水野既, 鵝腸爽口脆身, 而且用左醬油煮食落都頗有味道, 最中意既係鵝腸 唔會太肥, 恰到好處~ 男朋友都話好食!潮式啫啫通菜 $68黎到就驚驚地, 因為碟碟都好大碟, 而且呢個用左好多蝦米煮成, 個啫啫通菜一上枱勁香, 格離枱都望住我地呢個啫啫通菜XD 啫啫通菜用左蝦米爆香同蝦膏煮成, 味道香但唔會過份地鹹, 送飯一流冇得頂醬香骨 ?點解會有個?????? 因為我唔記得左呢個骨叫咩名, hahahhahahaa... 不過又係幾有驚喜, 醬香骨入味而且肉煮到軟身, 但咬落又唔會過份軟身, 而且保留到一d肉汁, 醬汁唔多唔會覺得好膩口, 同埋骨與骨之間既肉係最軟最好食~砂鍋卜卜蜆煲呢個真係不得不介紹! 呢個砂鍋卜卜蜆大大隻又勁多料, 全部都係大蜆黎嫁!!! 食落好有肉地, 而且下面仲有好多粉絲, 因為本身有個湯煮成, 舍湯好有鮮味, 同埋d粉絲吸收左d湯, 入味又好食, 同埋咁大煲蜆真係超抵食‼️ 😍2個人食左4樣野, 埋單都係4百幾, 食到飽飽之餘最緊要岩我地胃口, 好滿足的一個晚上, 真係食過返尋味~ continue reading

小妹今日同朋友嚟到旺角行街,行完街之後去咗旺中對面嘅深夜來潮食潮州嘢餐廳嘅裝修幾別緻,全部都係採用木凳同埋木枱,有古代中國嘅感覺Menu 圖文並茂,可以憑圖叫送小妹同埋朋友兩個女仔帶咗一個滷水着加多一煲粥食,諗住唔夠食先再加多個菜<醬滷六小碟$148>成碟滷水好豐富,有紅腸、豬脷、腩肉、豬大腸、豬耳仔同豆腐其中豬腩肉好爽身,小妹平時好驚成舊肥膏林chichi,呢個豬腩肉口感幾岩小妹口味豬大腸同豬脷炆到好淋好入味<膏蟹、黃鱔、雞肉砂煲粥$220>粥好綿好大煲,小妹同朋友分別都食左五六碗,食到妹飽膏蟹足料蟹蓋上面真系食到有膏,鱔好鮮甜,肉質彈牙,幾新鮮<王老吉$18>見到隔離枱飲王老吉,搞到小妹好想飲番罐,係好飲嘅,不過出邊飲抵啲本身諗住睇吓夠唔夠食,唔夠先再叫多個餸,點知最後食淨三份一的滷味份量真係好多,大家叫之前要諗下這個肚皮食到幾多啦 continue reading
