呢間私房菜好近灣仔地鐵站同電車站,系一間樓上鋪。今次午餐時間過嚟,午市套餐真係好抵食,八十幾蚊有即整小菜、燉湯同飯,吸引唔少打工仔嚟幫襯,我就係其中之一🤣。❤️涼果雪梨燉川貝呢一盅燉湯真係好驚豔,加咗雪梨片同新鮮無花果,有天然嘅清甜味道。瘦肉唔柴,仲加咗少少南北杏吊味, 真係好好飲,午市套餐價淨系飲呢盅湯都抵。我仲專登留返少少食完嘢再飲,作為一餐美好嘅開始同結尾。❤️脆皮黑豚肉外層少少拔絲口感,脆脆地、酸酸甜甜好開胃,撈飯一流。豬肉肥瘦、軟硬度適中。有新鮮菠蘿,清甜多汁,解膩。❤️富貴蜆中求呢個係餐廳嘅招牌菜,無喺午市套餐入面,見到隔離兩枱都有點,所以嗌嚟試一試。賣相真係好靚,一睇就知系功夫菜式。 蜆殼入面除咗有蜆肉之外仲釀咗蝦膠,令到粒粒蜆都好飽滿,好似打邊爐卜卜蜆咁大粒。成道菜醬油唔多,可以突出餡料嘅鮮味。❤️金瓜蒸黑豚肉黑豚肉餅份量好多,有肉汁同彈性,上面仲放咗好多白飯魚仔,一上菜就聞到鮮香味。南瓜蒸得啱啱好,夠曬軟腍腍但又唔會爛。南瓜、魚仔同埋黑豚肉餅口感都唔一樣,一齊入口層次豐富。另外,餐廳仲有一啲獨立包廂,大房可以坐兩三圍,中房仲有得唱k,幾啱朋友同事聚會。 continue reading

朋友推介話呢間私房菜嘅菜式好特別,所以去咗試吓😚-🦐避風塘羅氏蝦小編真係未見過咁大隻羅氏蝦😍外型好驚艷,味道亦都唔錯,蝦膏好多好鮮甜,而且蝦嘅外殼亦都炸得好酥脆,調味唔算好濃味,食落幾鮮蝦肉亦都幾彈牙😋🐖陳皮欖角骨排骨嘅皮一樣好夠脆,味道亦都好特別,充滿肉香之餘陳皮同埋欖角嘅香氣同埋味道都好開胃,忍唔住一嚿接一嚿咁食🤣🐚富貴蜆中球老闆娘特別介紹咗呢一道菜式🤣其實係蝦膠釀花甲,花甲大大隻而且冇沙味道又夠鮮甜,而蝦餃就夠彈牙,食得出淋咗滾油香氣好特別😍🌱上湯浸豆苗份量比想像中大兜,而且豆苗夠晒嫩,食落亦都唔會覺得太清淡,香味夠之餘亦都冇青味🫶🏻🍎蘋果雪梨川貝燉瘦肉冬天點都要試返盅燉湯,所以我哋叫咗呢一度燉湯嚟試,湯嘅顏色好清,飲落好潤而且好開胃,啱晒冬天飲🤤餐廳地方幾大,有包廂都有大廳位可以坐,我哋去嗰日大部份客人都訂咗包廂~員工服務好好亦都好熱情,另外特別之處係可以交俾師傅安排/推介又或者自己點想要嘅菜式🤩佢哋嘅菜式亦都幾有新意,味道亦都唔錯,啱晒一家人或者同公司同事聚會,嚟緊過年食團年飯都係一個唔錯嘅選擇🤓 continue reading
