做了屯門人咁多年都唔知這間店的存在,近日因疫情關係周圍發掘外賣店而發現這間。選擇了炸雞批及鹵水雞批,作為名物的炸批的確比鹵水出色,而且炸粉唔算厚,厚薄適中。鹵水汁比較淡,都是舊式鹵水店的比較好味,所以不建議大家選鹵水雞批。另外,今日也叫了即炒烏冬,比較普通,沒有驚喜,為填飽肚之選。總括來說,大家叫名物炸雞批就足夠。

好耐冇試過出街食雞脾,因為搵唔到好食既鋪頭。朋友三番四次叫我去很得輝咬雞脾,盛情難卻地應約。店鋪位置離屯門市中心有一段距離,唔就腳的。但一去到發現有好多人排隊,而且周圍開滿枱,好多人正開餐。於是落街叫個雞脾套餐,配咖哩角,加埋好似約$50。咖哩角:我覺得一般,僅僅是童年回憶系列。炸雞脾:雞脾大細同市面上差不多,重點係附近有好多味粉俾客人調味,淮鹽同炸雞脾好夾,仲加埋辣粉,雙重享受。個人覺得呢個價位同配套唔抵食(貧窮限制了思想),當然自行試完再決定食唔食啦。

燒汁炒烏冬無乜特別,好入味又唔太鹹,如果lunch嚟食叫份烏冬都飽肚啲🤓 脆薯角雖然話就話係細份,但都幾夠食!每件脆薯角都好大件,不過外賣嘅話就要諗諗,因為拎到返去啲薯角s會痴埋一嚿,加上佢哋直接唧啲茄汁落去,啲薯角就索晒汁同淋咗少少😔 香芋蕃薯波返到去都仲係脆,外脆內軟,味道甜甜的,中間芋頭蓉部分係足料嘅,即係唔係啲搵笨空心波,抵讚🤩

住唔住開大西北,對炸脾有期望的人,都應該會聽過、食過呢間炸脾,事關呢隻炸脾真係有啲料到。喺屯門又唔係太方便的位置的一間細鋪仔,路過,無乜裝修,簡單黎講係路過左都唔知。但一到夜晚,就會聚集左一班喜歡炸脾的愛好者。呢度的炸脾,每隻大細都差唔多,有訪問報導過店主因為品質監控下,每隻雞脾選240g 至260g ,生炸脾先可以做到皮脆肉滑。亦選用細的面包糠,令炸皮更幼細。炸脾食落真係造到老闆想要的效果,就係皮脆肉嫩,上台時熱辣辣,可以隨自己喜好加各種調味粉,仲有唔同級數的辣粉任意選擇。咬落口脆卜卜,咬落去的聲音同食薯片一樣。肉質多汁唔會乾硬化咁,真正食過返尋味。今日的營多就煮得岩岩好,仲有彈牙感,而且份量十足。飲品最喜歡蜜瓜奶綠,唔會好假而且比較少飲到呢種味道的飲品。

山長水遠入到黎屯門,上網見到有好多人推薦食呢間,決定要去試一試食店舖對我黎講係有d難搵,加上一去到門口發現呢間炸雞脾店有好多人排緊隊,但我地最後都係叫左,最後我地都等左差唔多15分鐘先有得食。我地叫左最出名的炸雞脾,炸雞脾用左麵包糠去炸,望上去又大又靚,咬落去好juicy又入味,再加上店主放左D好多唔同的粉俾我地任落,今次我地落左海苔粉,味道一流!不過要留意一路咬,d雞油一路bit出黎,所以要拎定張紙巾for抹手。雖然要$32一塊,而且仲要等咁耐,不過都好值得!
