牛丸河牛丸河也算大碗，牛丸以外放了兩片生菜作點綴，賣相還算吸引。牛丸共有八粒，牛丸看起來外表較為粗糙，與「嘉麗園」及「勝利」等大相逕庭。先吃了一粒牛丸，質感果真比較粗糙，很有嚼勁，相對的，牛丸缺乏了一種爽口彈牙的質感。似乎「有個性」的「彪記」所製作出來的牛丸與「嘉麗園」及「勝利」是截然不同的。風格有異，但食味似終可以作個比較，牛丸肉味濃郁，肉汁似乎完全融入其中，因此吃起來牛丸會有比較潤濕的感覺，其實與牛丸粗糙的質感頗為搭調，不過我嚐過我兩款不同風格的牛丸，我自己就較為喜歡吃光滑型的牛丸多一點。至於河粉方面，用上粗身的河粉，可惜河粉的質地一般，吃起來感覺較硬，欠缺了滑溜的質感，亦比較細碎，湯底亦帶味精，是一般正常水平，遠沒有「嘉麗園」湯底的浮誇，伴以兩片生菜，感覺還不錯的。「彪記」是較為舊式的粉麵店，裝潢陳設是比較殘舊，燈光亦較昏暗。在舊式的粉麵店中，侍應也不會有什麼服務的了。至於牛丸方面，牛丸自成一格，表面粗糙，有別於「嘉麗園」及「勝利」，味道其實不錯，是別有一番風味的，但吃過「勝利」在前，難免會被比下去的。價格來說，一碗盛惠二十二個大洋的牛丸河包含八粒牛丸，性價比無出其右，如喜歡粗糙質感的牛丸，則不妨試一試「彪記」，相信會令你滿意的。不過「彪記」是性格小生，如希望，緊記擇好良辰吉日，否則只會落得吃閉門羹的下場。後記：在短時間裡吃過元朗其中最有名的三間牛丸粉麵店，總結如下：嘉麗園：牛丸表面光滑，爽口彈牙，頗有肉味，肉汁主要從中間滲出，黑椒孖筋丸較為粗糙，黑椒味道極濃，掩蓋了牛丸本身的原味；另外粉麵湯底味精極重。勝利牛丸：牛丸表面光滑，個子最小，爽口彈牙，肉味濃郁，嘴嚼起來，肉汁從四面八方滲出，相當好吃，個人認為是元朗最牛的牛丸。彪記牛丸麵家：牛丸表面較粗糙，很有嚼勁，但沒了爽口彈牙的質感，肉味濃郁，肉汁融入其中，吃起來質感較腍及潤濕，一碗牛丸麵包含八粒牛丸，性價比為三店之首。以上所述「彪記牛丸麵家」以外的兩間牛丸麵家，食評可依序參閱《你當我是浮誇吧》及《最牛牛丸》。Berlin…Read More
