平日夜晚黎,完全唔洗等。粉麵店黎講,座位唔錯。光猛乾淨。四寶撈粗:料非常足。麵彈牙,但覺得太咸,一定要撈啲湯食。魚蛋係新鮮唔彈嗰隻,但魚味幾出。黑椒牛丸好夠味,幾好味,大小亦剛好,但食到一粒細硬嘢(懷疑係骨)。牛腩竟然麻麻,肉都幾鞋。雲吞普通,雖然皮靚,但太淋。魚片頭正常。熱檸茶:係港式,但唔係極濃,反而鐘意,因為極濃會鞋口。總結:想去個粉麵店坐得舒服啲嘅,又唔貴嘅,呢間可以考慮,但一般就唔會專登黎食。Read More

今日去咗灣仔動漫展,完咗之後同朋友去左修頓附近食飯,發現咗呢間港式粉麵店,聽聞係已經傳承咗50多年嚟嘅味道。我哋簡簡單單叫咗一個坑腩四寶撈粗同埋湯河,除咗牛腩之外,有齊魚蛋、魚片、牛丸、雲吞。魚蛋魚片爽口彈牙,魚片更是標榜每日新鮮炸好,真材實料,食落真係同出邊唔同,更有魚香味。牛丸牛腩亦都十分出色,牛丸彈牙有咬口,牛切腩炆得好入味,口感外爽內軟,亦都有整整五塊,十分滿足。雲吞都好大粒足料。對比湯河,撈粗麵吸收晒豉油嘅甜香,配上爽彈嘅麵條,個人更加欣賞。另外朋友係「多士控」,我哋帶齊餐廳兩款唔同嘅多士,分別係鮮油奶多士同埋西多士。多士配上鮮牛油同埋煉奶,加倍邪惡;西多士炸得香脆,配上滿滿嘅糖漿,幸福感倍增。另外我哋都嗌咗蠔油時菜,一杯雜果賓治,同埋一杯忌廉紅豆冰,亦都十分不錯。總括而言,呢間粉麵店性價比高,食物質素不錯,值得推薦。Read More

Seeing Jimmy O. Yang had visited this resto on Instagram, I was attracted to it and decided to visit with my friend for lunch. .I ordered the Sliced Beef Brisket with Rice Noodles. The beef brisket was tender and well-marinated, containing some fat but not greasy at all, showing it had a proper ratio of meat and fat. I added their self-made chilli oil into the soup, adding some spiciness to the already savoury soup. My friend ordered the French Toast. Topped with butter, the thick toast had a crispy exterior and soft interior. It was hotly-served, smelled aromatic and looked attractive with its golden appearance.
