又係中午放飯,同同事們行下搵野食,想轉口味又唔想食咁貴喎,行過呢間幸運來午市快餐45蚊,餐廳格局都錢整齊就入去試下啦。餐廳座位都唔少,左右2邊有卡位,中間圓枱幾張,位與位之間唔會好迫,冷氣都夠涼,茶仔黎講環境算幾ok。咁睇下餐牌啦,除左午市快餐都仲有好多其他野,有鐵板餐之類,麵餐呢d都唔少得,仲有d蒸魚類同湯飯類既,選擇都算幾多。咖哩牛腩飯同事們就揀咖哩牛腩飯,飯睇落就正常唔會好濕,咖哩黎講就椰香味偏重,坐格離都聞到,但咖哩味就弱d,都無咖哩本身既辣,不過中肯d講,茶仔咖哩係咁上下,再差都食過,呢份起碼有個香字先,牛腩望落就唔太腍,另外有3大舊薯仔,茶仔質素咁上下啦。乾炒牛河呢個餐等左10分鐘左右,即叫即炒幾有鑊氣,但調味就差d,味道偏淡,加返d辣椒醬就岩岩好,油份方面就還好,起碼唔會浸晒成隻碟,算食得過啦。飲品方面就正正常常啦,無乜特別,整體而言就中規中矩既街坊茶餐廳,好多人叫外賣,價錢黎講就正常價位,質素無話特別好都唔太差,間中食下都ok既。 continue reading

因為郊遊入咗元朗,時間緊迫就入咗間茶餐廳😂😂例牌隊個茶記早餐啦!沙嗲牛係每次去茶記都叫咁滯😆😆😂我食米粉,朋友食麵🤤但感覺點解麵係多牛肉D?😆😆沙嗲唔夠濃,一般。牛肉都合格,每碗仲有幾條香菜比你😂😂不過我自己覺得白菜同碗粉真心唔夾🥲另外碗炸菜肉絲米,都算多。基本嘢,冇乜特別🤣跟餐嘅多士就真係⋯十級hea。冇乜牛油,午餐肉都係淋。🥲-沙嗲牛肉米粉 跟 餐肉煎蛋多士 凍華田 -沙嗲牛肉出前一丁 跟 煎雙蛋 熱奶茶-炸菜肉絲米粉 跟 餐肉煎蛋 凍檸茶 continue reading

第一次來,只是路經隨便揾食。午市過後都頗多顧客,應該是街坊食肆吧。隨便點了個雪菜排骨大碗米線,送熱飲,37 蚊。米線送來後有點意外,因為本以為是上海式排骨,即炸豬扒那些,怎料面前的是中式蒸排骨那款排骨。但吃下有驚喜,雪菜排骨應該是落鑊炒過再加獻汁,加了紅色甜椒,賣相好看,又有點點微辣,惹味,湯底較濃較杰,整體味道不錯。不時聽到廚房爐頭傳來陣陣火氣鑊氣聲,估這裡的中菜應該也不錯。茶記價錢,但食物不馬虎。 continue reading

星期日,約埋一齊去了南邊圍踩單車,踩到好攰好餓好夜,所以就去了香港人最愛嘅茶記,最緊要快靚正呀麻。去邊度食,近近地就依間幸福來茶餐廳喇,地方方便,但求就手,e肚緊要。晚餐精選,加凍飲成為55蚊。一般茶記嘅都應有盡有。環境還可以,5-6張卡位,三張大台,我地3大2細就坐係中間張大台,還算坐得舒適。點左4個餐,飯菜分開上的,不是掂頭飯,點了西蘭花炒魷魚,菜胆雞,沙爹金姑肥牛煲,京都骨。睇賣相不錯,味道也可以,夠鑊氣,唯獨雞得胸位置,所以鞋口,麻麻地。咁多人食兩百幾蚊以依家嘅市道都算係咁了。 continue reading

來到元朗,一於來嚐嚐街坊"茶記",在門外的餐牌看到價錢實惠的精選晚餐,便隨意的走進去,正所謂"沒有期望,便沒有失望",這次可是例外了…坐下來之後,店員溫婉有禮的遞上一杯暖開水,示意我可以慢慢的挑選,看到餐牌菜式種類挺多的,我便點選了精選晚餐的"啫啫雞煲",不消一會,雞煲迅速來到桌上。先吃一口雞肉,味道只有咸味,於是我抱著懷疑...一連吃了三丶四件的雞件,證實了只是雞件表面沾上了咸味而已,再沒有其他味道了;其實料頭有"洋蔥丶蒜頭丶冬菇"等等,這樣也"沒有出味",之後我逐一細味每一樣材料,也許問題在於"一切來得太快",急趕的火喉確切沒有把材料的味道發揮出來。看著份量十足的雞煲,最後我也堅持把它吃完,一邊吃著一邊替它感到可惜,如果能掌握細節,加以改進,你說這樣有多好呢? continue reading
