今日出咗嚟灣仔 Shopping,快活不知時日過,行下逛下,原來已經接近下晝兩點,一於食埋晏先返屋企。大熱天時,唔想食飯,有人提議去食拉麵。記得之前幫襯過位於機利臣街嘅「幸屋」,店舖嘅拉麵質素唔錯,頗受食客歡迎,而其他出品水準亦甚佳,一於食過返尋味。餐廳嘅位置雖然係有點隱蔽,藏於一條小巷內,但門面甚具東瀛風味,好似去咗日本嘅拉麵店咁。點咗拉麵同沾麵各一,另外再加咗兩款小食。特濃味噌廣島蠔沾麵:顧名思義,今次嘅主角就係廣島蠔,睇下幾足料,蠔肉結實肥美,隻隻嘅外形都好飽滿,入口滑溜味鮮。沾麵湯用上魚介醬油炮製,味道唔會過鹹,麵條掛湯力甚強,粗身乾爽,彈牙之餘,更多咗一份煙韌。伴吃嘅糖心蛋亦唔輸蝕,夠流心,醬油味香濃微甜。海老蝦味噌拉麵:湯底以櫻花蝦熬煮,入口蝦味非常濃郁,鮮甜又唔油膩。麵質有咬口,掛湯效果一流。叉燒厚薄適中,入口鬆化;豚角煮用上五花腩,肥瘦相間,入口即溶,充滿醬油香。和風餃子:餃子嘅造型好特別,底部有一層薄脆,食落非常香口,餡料有蔬菜同肉碎,配埋啲蔥花一齊食,啖啖滋味。日式炸豆腐:豆腐新鮮即製,件件都炸至金黃色,送上時仍熱辣辣,咬下外酥脆,內嫩滑,入口充滿豆香,值得推介。 continue reading

今日去灣仔睇中醫特別多人,等了個幾鐘,終於可以離開。跟住做什麼? 當然去覓食,一走入巷仔就發現它。小店門口掛上一道白色布簾,配上一塊木招牌,很有日本feel。內裏位座不多, 但勝在樓底高,空間感十足。右邊是面牆的單人座, 左邊則是一排長沙發座配二至四人枱,而最入端便是廚房重地。看看枱上的餐牌,有飯類、沾麵、拉麵、小食和沙律,還有兩款特別推介,而我就看中了沾麵蝦汁帆立貝($128)。******************************一碢蝦湯汁先上枱,熱到不停滾着,聞到陣陣鮮香,令人垂涎。再來一碗溫麵條,配有帆立貝、豚腩肉、爽脆的木耳絲、清爽的椰菜、溏心蛋、櫻花蝦、紫菜、乾荀和青香的蔥花,還有一件檸檬角,吃前先唧下檸檬汁,吃起來清新一點。先趁熱呷一口沾湯,感質濃厚,少少黏口,啖啖鹹鮮的蝦味,味道香濃,濃而不鹹, 相當美味! 按餐牌的小指引而行, 其實好簡單,先將拉麵條放進湯沾一下就可以享用。選了溫麵,再沾上熱湯,麵條變得更熱騰騰,更滋味!麵條煙韌度剛剛好, 滑而彈牙 ,而濃厚的湯汁亦緊緊沾在麵條上, 啖啖香濃的鮮蝦味,再加上掛了鮮香的櫻花蝦,多份口感之餘,亦加添蝦味,的確很美味。溏心蛋相當靚仔,流心狀剛剛好,黏滑兼富蛋香,喜歡! 另外,大大塊的豚腩肉亦相當吸引,肥膏與瘦肉雙間,咬出絲絲的肉絲,亦嚐到份油香,烹調入味。 還有大大隻的帆立貝,肉質有彈性,裙邊煙韌,沒有多加調味更能嚐出其獨有的味道。******************************和風餃子($38)一客足足有六隻,放成一個圓形,上面配了沙律醬、木魚絲、蔥花和紫薑絲,好有大阪燒風味,正是我喜歡的味道。餃子表面金黃薄微脆,內饀份量適中,肉中沒有混入大量肥膏,亦拌入些蔬菜,皮薄饀靚,不錯!------------------------------在疲累的今日能遇上幸屋,讓我舒舒服服吃一頓美味的晚餐,好好歇息一會,它可算是我的幸運屋。 continue reading

雖然天氣炎熱,不過有時都想食拉麵,今日去左灣仔街市附近既幸屋食返碗拉麵做晚餐。幸屋位於街市排擋後面,未黎過可能要揾揾。入到拉麵舖入面,就發現裏面高樓底,裝修非常之日式拉麵舖,感覺別有洞天!一如既往,幸屋既菜單有幾款拉麵,沾麵,丼飯,同埋小食,沙律,同飲料等。你仲可以揀拉麵既粗幼同硬度,湯既濃度,香油多少,辣度,連叉燒,葱同椰菜分量都有得揀。任何飯餐或拉麵餐加 $15就可以配細沙律或湯餃子及汽水。特濃味噌廣島蠔沾麵 $108呢個沾麵係我嘅至愛,次次必叫。特濃味噌廣島蠔沾麵配料有3隻蠔,肉質實在而且熱辣辣。伴有軟稔入味糖心蛋半隻。另配黑木耳,竹筍,香蔥碎,紫菜同一塊檸檬,最後撒上白芝麻粒。呢排菜價回落,今次有返梛菜同洋蔥,蔬菜種類豐富。麵條似烏冬,唔硬唔軟,好掛汁,份量足,夠飽肚。我每次都會揀熱麵底,個汁先唔會越食越凍。你都可以選擇凍麵底。個沾麵汁滾住上枱,熱辣辣,好香蠔味,質地濃厚之餘唔油膩,全部清嗮都唔過份。蒲燒鰻魚丼 $93估唔到拉麵店都有丼飯食,今晚叫左個蒲燒鰻魚丼。超大條鰻魚一開2,真係底面都係咁大塊,上面灑上蔥花同白芝麻粒。鰻魚熱辣辣,食落又彈牙又夠汁,正。配有一隻又腍又滑嘅糖心蛋同少量梛菜。飯量好多,夠飽肚。另外叫左兩份小食分享。冷豆腐 $32夏日炎炎,先叫一客冷豆腐降降温。冷豆腐一客4大磚,上面加上青瓜絲,再灑上蔥花,木魚碎同白芝麻粒。豆腐味道清新,清凉入口,豆腐夠滑,豆味唔太重。炸雞 $38炸雞一客4件,炸得皮脆肉嫩,我食嗰一半都似係雞髀肉,配伴碟嘅沙律醬更邪惡。辣芽菜好鍾意食呢度既辣芽菜 ,有一大瓶放係桌上任你加。辣芽菜脆口,酸酸辣辣又唔會太辣,幾好味!食物保持一貫水準,下次想食沾麵再黎先。 continue reading

WFH多時嘅我今日竟然要返工開會,放工就順便喺公司附近買埋晚餐先返去,因為女朋友呻話屋企附近嘅嘢都食過晒喇。我用外賣App搵定食乜(自取有折),最終揀咗幸屋。小店位置幾隱蔽,係內街入面,不過好彩門牌都幾顯眼。店內環境具特色。我一入去,店員就問我係咪嗌咗外賣,叫我坐低等等,好快有。外賣包裝得好企理,抵讚。🦐蝦武士$88餐廳作為拉麵屋,就梗係要食返碗拉麵🍜。拉麵會主動將湯分開上,以保持質素。呈橙色嘅蝦湯味道濃郁,估計用咗好多蝦殼熬煮,鮮味十足,唔腥。由於湯分開裝,喺屋企食感覺似食沾麵。拉麵自身無乜特別,軟硬適中,反而啲餸料比較吸引,有大量櫻花蝦,加入湯底食更加香。豚角煮好邪惡,肥肥位炆到好軟,入口即溶。另外仲有原隻糖心蛋、木耳、蔥同紫菜等,還原返堂食味道。🐷黑豚丼$83我嗌飯開初係為咗想飽肚,不過估唔到出品超有驚喜。黑豚片採用豬腩片,疊埋原來有成十塊咁多,調味係精華所在,佢有微微燒烤嘅香味,而且好似係蜜糖燒,所以甜甜的勁正,又附芝麻香,就連旁邊啲椰菜都變得好惹味。米飯就係珍珠米,軟熟又大碗。❄️冷豆腐$32冷豆腐以為係伴麻醬,但原來係醬油昆布汁,更加啱食。佢帶啲酸,幾開胃!豆腐本身就滑嘟嘟。🦪吉列廣島蠔$42炸蠔有四隻,吉列皮拎到返屋企都仲脆,蠔味道都幾鮮,入面熟透唔潺。唯一挑剔就係佢哋有啲大小不一,我純粹雞蛋裏挑骨頭啦哈哈 continue reading
